Trobbu Tulum — Hotel in Quintana Roo

The Villas visually appeared new and nice until we didn't have hot water and then lost all water several times a day. The wifi went out every day and therefore we couldn't order food on the tablet. When food/drinks did arrive things were incorrect or missing. The staff was very nice, but because the systems were not running properly there wasn't much they could do. We knew it wouldn't be on the water but there is literally nothing around the villas and you feel stuck between neighboring buildings and can hear any noise from your neighbors. We were told the gym and the pizza oven would be open - neither were. Primo our amazing concierge was the best part of our whole trip. He did everything he could to try and improve our stay, made us fantastic reservations, and was a genuinely lovely person. Trobbu is lucky...

I simply can´t explain the way I felt in this place... it was unbelievable. The quality on every architectural detail, the concierge service, the food, the elegance and experience.... woah! All Inclusive Luxury Villa Resort? Never had I heard of it neither had I imagined it before and trust me, its completely worthwhile your time, your investment and the experience. Travelling will never be the same. Every time i get back to tulum this will be my "go to place" and so should be yours if you´re into lifestyle and experience. Can´t wait for their other destinations to be opened, rumour has it they will be opening beach front in the mexican caribbean, beach front Los Cabos, San Miguel and MADRID. Hands down my new favorite hotel...

Amazing boutique hotel and staff that goes above and beyond! Gorgeous three story villas with spacious 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, and private pool. Loved the all-inclusive package with unlimited freshly made food and drinks, order on a tablet in the villa and it’s delivered to the villa and arranged on the dining table, poolside, or wherever you’re hanging out. Front desk and concierges with helpful tips on places to go and things to do. Felt very safe on the property with security staff at the single entrance. Very quiet area and short commute to the beach or nightlife using cab or e-bikes. Can’t say enough good things, highly recommend...
