Barberos Tulum - Av. Kukulkán — Local services in Quintana Roo

I’ve been coming to Barberos on a weekly basis for all my grooming needs to stay fresh and smooth, since January 2022.

Their customer service is top notch. They have someone greet you when you arrive and take your drink order. Something I haven’t experienced anywhere else.

An online system for booking appointments is something that’s very important to me for a place like this, and theirs is very easy and convenient.

I’ve worked with a few of the barbers there, and all of them are attentive and provide 5-star service.

However my personal favorite is Alejandro. I’ve been with him a few months now. He has an excellent eye for detail and a willingness to deal with my own nitpicking to get my style down as perfect as possible.

I can confidently say that there’s only a few barbers that match his skills, and I’ve met many worldwide on my 41 years on this planet.

Just got an excellent line up and beard detail here by Jesús. They call it Ritual de Barba, and it felt like it! I appreciated Jesús' great attention to detail and his care for his work. Good young man who'll definitely be going far in the business. There was a section of hot face towels, creams for the beard, and aloe pastes and creams for the skin and face. Felt very taken care of! Huge thanks to him and the great staff. Hopefully the photos showcase the sharp trim lines.

As a Canadian tourist I was hesitant and cautious at first, but, I couldn't have been more happy with the decision to trust them with the cut. For an engagement photoshoot at that, so, high trust! Don't look for another shop or barber if you need some work done! Barberos Tulum and my guy Jesús...

I'm staying at the Una Vida in Centro Tulum or what is referred as near "Downtown Tulum".

Saw this cool looking barbershop and walked in to check it out. Was short on time but gave them a call the next day to make appointment!

They start off by offering you a drink through their iPad. You could order beer, juices, tea.. I ordered a cold ice green tea. Loved the aesthetics of this place and friendly customer service.

I explained to the barber I just wanted a trim on the top and to fade the sides and back and line up the front. He used a old school hand massage machine to massage my neck, arms and shoulders after the cut. I was very pleased with cut!
