Two years ago, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for a week, and I am delighted to share my positive experience. The front desk staff, in particular, left a lasting impression with their helpfulness and outstanding service. Although the name of the staff member who assisted us with our suitcases eludes my memory, his tall and masculine presence made him easily recognizable.
From the moment we arrived, this specific staff member warmly greeted us and consistently provided exceptional service throughout our stay. He was always available to lend a helping hand, ensuring our comfort and making us feel welcome. His dedication to delivering the best service possible stood out, especially when compared to the other front desk staff and even the security guards.
Moreover, the unnamed staff member's assistance in carrying our suitcases was greatly appreciated, as he effortlessly handled the task with a friendly demeanor. His commitment to going above and beyond in his service demonstrated his genuine care for the guests' well-being.
It is worth mentioning that the entire front desk team was helpful and accommodating, creating a positive atmosphere from the moment we checked in. They promptly addressed our queries and provided us with useful information about the hotel and surrounding areas.
Additionally, the housekeeping staff deserves praise for their efforts in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a comfortable environment. The cleaner assigned to our room was particularly noteworthy, exhibiting a friendly and respectful attitude. They consistently provided excellent service, going the extra mile to ensure our room was tidy and well-stocked with amenities.
Overall, my week-long stay at this hotel was memorable due to the attentive assistance from the front desk staff, particularly the tall and masculine gentleman whose name I regretfully forgot. Their commitment to providing outstanding service, along with the respectful and friendly nature of the housekeeping staff, significantly contributed to the overall positive experience.
Furthermore, the hotel itself offered a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities provided met our expectations, and any issues or requests were handled promptly by the staff.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay, accompanied by a helpful front desk team and respectful housekeeping staff. Their commitment to providing excellent service, coupled with the comfortable accommodations, ensures a pleasant and enjoyable experience...
Read morethe manager challenged me to a physical fight and proceeded to bring his child along to try and intimidate me by calling the police. i am a Mazatlan native and was appalled at what these "resorts" try to get away with. This was by far the most unpleasant stay i have ever experienced in mazatlan. The houskeeping staff are lazy and use the 5th floor litterally the floor to put all the dirty linen (we left in the morning and came back around 5 and it was still there. the breakfast staff either avoid you when you ask for anything extra for example a straw or take longer than neccisary as to discourage you from asking for services you paid for! management refuses to take accountability. the room was a mess, the room safe didn't work and neither did the sliding door. it was entirely too heavy and the railing had a thick mucky substance that i can only assume was greese to ease the door sliding. their answer to the safe not working was having the maintenance man bring in and drill another safe next to the already bulky safe. their answer to the sliding door not working properly was to upgrade the room (youd think not too shabby right, WRONG!) the upgraded room had a slidning door that was completely off the railing so i couldn't open it even if i wanted. The only reason we stayed there was there was a problem with my bank thinking someone stole my identity. i have heard from a reliable force in the department of tourism that a lot of people have negative things to say but they use intimidation to deter people from giving bad reviews not only that the owners and management refuse to fix...
Read moreWhen we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation. Finally after 15 minutes they find it. We ask for towels to use at the pool. They say they didn’t have any but someone would bring them to our room. We get to the room that was supposed to have one king or two queens. It had one Queen. Very small room. Hard mattress. My arms kept falling asleep. I only wish the rest of me could have done the same. Two sheets, top and bottom. No blanket. It had an ocean view however the balcony door stuck so badly it took all my husbands muscles to open. No lock on the door either. We went for supper, when we got back still no pool towels. So I decide to have a shower and realize there were no towels at all. Nothing. So my husband calls. They say they will bring some. I wait. And wait. I go back downstairs and tell the man at the desk I need two towels. He opens the cupboard, searches through a stack of towels and hands me one bath towel and two hand towels. No I say I need dos grande. Nope. He say no we no have. Not sure why I couldn’t have one out of the stack of towels that were there. They couldn’t be pool towels because he looked through them earlier when we checked in and asked then for pool towels, just as it said to do on the information page they gave us. I guess maybe they were thursdays towels only and we came in on Wednesday… who knows. Anyways with all that and the elevator that was in need of repair, (it was loud and out of balance and rubbed on something when you rode up or down) and the mold on the bathroom floor it is not worth the...
