We went for our honeymoon & location is lovely. I got a room with ocean view completely gorgeous view on the 15th floor deeply in love, but the room was quite questionable… Me and my husband did not fit on the bed and we reserved for the biggest bed in the hotel. Me and him are not oversized people. He’s just a bit tall. But we had no space to sleep in one bed there was NO FRIDGE So if we were to get a water or drinks from the store, come back to the room they would get hot quickly :( Front desk service was amazing and also for all the staff employees .. Speaking back to the room, the furniture were super damaged and other utilities in the restroom area .. My sheets were also dirty when we got there and throughout the nights, we thought that they changed new sheets, but never did. They kept the stained ones. We didn’t notice until the last day of our stay. They should once in the future add to the restaurant menu a lunch and dinner also because it is just breakfast. And all included beverage option would be lovely also

Overall, We were satisfied staying in The Ocean view. Prons: Location is great - close to Malecon or to the bars. A street is not noisy as if you lived at Malecon. At the night we didn't here any disturbing sounds. During a day the musical bands walking on a beach are heard. The view from a balcony is perfect. We followed the sunset every evening. Personal are very friendly! Cons: Very friendly but poorly spoken English personal, unfortunately.I guess it would be better during the high season. We had a typical room with just a couple of nightstands and boxes - just felt luck of the places for the belongings. All equipment in a room was pretty old. The breakfast was decent but not great - always the same thing except a couple of positions. Be ready to give the tips for waiters in the morning. I recommend to visit Onilican - a Mexican tequila factory with mango tequila and coffee liquor - it's free. Also, from our point of view, the best sea food restaurant nearby is La Mazatleca.

I got the day pass. It was only 250 pesos on a Sunday. The pools are available and you they let you borrow a towel (most places won't). There's private beach access and the $$$ for the pass is redeemable for food and drink inside. Totally worth it for a cheap acces to a clean beach and poolside opportunity.

Two years ago, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for a week, and I am delighted to share my positive experience. The front desk staff, in particular, left a lasting impression with their helpfulness and outstanding service. Although the name of the staff member who assisted us with our suitcases eludes my memory, his tall and masculine presence made him easily recognizable.

From the moment we arrived, this specific staff member warmly greeted us and consistently provided exceptional service throughout our stay. He was always available to lend a helping hand, ensuring our comfort and making us feel welcome. His dedication to delivering the best service possible stood out, especially when compared to the other front desk staff and even the security guards.

Moreover, the unnamed staff member's assistance in carrying our suitcases was greatly appreciated, as he effortlessly handled the task with a friendly demeanor. His commitment to going above and beyond in his service demonstrated his genuine care for the guests' well-being.

It is worth mentioning that the entire front desk team was helpful and accommodating, creating a positive atmosphere from the moment we checked in. They promptly addressed our queries and provided us with useful information about the hotel and surrounding areas.

Additionally, the housekeeping staff deserves praise for their efforts in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a comfortable environment. The cleaner assigned to our room was particularly noteworthy, exhibiting a friendly and respectful attitude. They consistently provided excellent service, going the extra mile to ensure our room was tidy and well-stocked with amenities.

Overall, my week-long stay at this hotel was memorable due to the attentive assistance from the front desk staff, particularly the tall and masculine gentleman whose name I regretfully forgot. Their commitment to providing outstanding service, along with the respectful and friendly nature of the housekeeping staff, significantly contributed to the overall positive experience.

Furthermore, the hotel itself offered a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities provided met our expectations, and any issues or requests were handled promptly by the staff.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay, accompanied by a helpful front desk team and respectful housekeeping staff. Their commitment to providing excellent service, coupled with the comfortable accommodations, ensures a pleasant and enjoyable experience...

the manager challenged me to a physical fight and proceeded to bring his child along to try and intimidate me by calling the police. i am a Mazatlan native and was appalled at what these "resorts" try to get away with. This was by far the most unpleasant stay i have ever experienced in mazatlan. The houskeeping staff are lazy and use the 5th floor litterally the floor to put all the dirty linen (we left in the morning and came back around 5 and it was still there. the breakfast staff either avoid you when you ask for anything extra for example a straw or take longer than neccisary as to discourage you from asking for services you paid for! management refuses to take accountability. the room was a mess, the room safe didn't work and neither did the sliding door. it was entirely too heavy and the railing had a thick mucky substance that i can only assume was greese to ease the door sliding. their answer to the safe not working was having the maintenance man bring in and drill another safe next to the already bulky safe. their answer to the sliding door not working properly was to upgrade the room (youd think not too shabby right, WRONG!) the upgraded room had a slidning door that was completely off the railing so i couldn't open it even if i wanted. The only reason we stayed there was there was a problem with my bank thinking someone stole my identity. i have heard from a reliable force in the department of tourism that a lot of people have negative things to say but they use intimidation to deter people from giving bad reviews not only that the owners and management refuse to fix...

When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation. Finally after 15 minutes they find it. We ask for towels to use at the pool. They say they didn’t have any but someone would bring them to our room. We get to the room that was supposed to have one king or two queens. It had one Queen. Very small room. Hard mattress. My arms kept falling asleep. I only wish the rest of me could have done the same. Two sheets, top and bottom. No blanket. It had an ocean view however the balcony door stuck so badly it took all my husbands muscles to open. No lock on the door either. We went for supper, when we got back still no pool towels. So I decide to have a shower and realize there were no towels at all. Nothing. So my husband calls. They say they will bring some. I wait. And wait. I go back downstairs and tell the man at the desk I need two towels. He opens the cupboard, searches through a stack of towels and hands me one bath towel and two hand towels. No I say I need dos grande. Nope. He say no we no have. Not sure why I couldn’t have one out of the stack of towels that were there. They couldn’t be pool towels because he looked through them earlier when we checked in and asked then for pool towels, just as it said to do on the information page they gave us. I guess maybe they were thursdays towels only and we came in on Wednesday… who knows. Anyways with all that and the elevator that was in need of repair, (it was loud and out of balance and rubbed on something when you rode up or down) and the mold on the bathroom floor it is not worth the...
