The service at this hotel was terrible from the start and continued throughout the entire stay
Having booked and paid for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, upon check in we were given an apartment with only 1 bathroom and a much smaller balcony than advertised. After explaining to reception that we had been given the wrong apartment, we were not offered any apology. Instead we got a great list of excuses and reassurance that our correct apartment would be ready the next day. The next day our apartment was still not ready and was again told it would be ready the next day. We were told that the apartment we had been given was bigger and better than the one we booked (which it clearly wasn't). They did not understand that we paid a higher price for the other apartment and the one we were given should've been about £250 less than what we had paid. The next day again the apartment was still not ready but we were told it would definitely 100% be ready the next day, which again it was not. 4 days in a row we complained and eventually gave up because the service was that bad. We were offered a discount of 100Dh (£8) per night, so 700Dh total for 1 week stay, for not getting our actual apartment that we booked. We paid 11,750Dh in total (£950), so was offered a discount of 6% which was insulting. However we were not even given any discount and was actually charged the full amount for a room that should've cost us a lot less.
The staff at reception are all the same and not a single person was helpful with any of our issues.
Every single day we had to ask for towels, they were not given without continuously asking. One day I called reception 6 times and was told each time "ok we will send them now". They did eventually send them, but after about 3 hours. There was not a single day when anything we asked for was done on time, including having the room cleaned. Sometimes the room was cleaned as late as 8pm and even after asking the cleaner for towels and toilet paper we were told yes we will send them up, which they still never sent.
The shower in the bathroom is too close to the toilet and so the water gets absolutely everywhere. The toilet is absolutely soaked, along with the rest of the bathroom floor. There is only enough hot water for 1 person to have a shower.
We were also not given any amenities except for 1 small bottle of shower gel, which was not replaced for the entire stay. There was no soap, hand wash, shampoo, hair dryer or iron.
The hotel is still under construction and everyday we were waking up to some sort of noise. It is like being on a construction site.

The room had one very small mirror in the toilet. I reported this and requested they have another larger mirror put in. The men at front desk did nothing. It took 3 days for a mirror to be put in only after asking a female staff member. Also to have an iron sent to us took 3days again.
We also paid good money for our rooms. But had to keep asking for room service. Why do we have to keep asking??
Ok back to front desk (not fatima she was ok) the men had attitude. Especially the old man with grey hair!! Lack of training from what I know. Always telling us different prices, different rules!! We don't know the rule so we listened but we felt like they made the rules up themselves. But we nade no issue.
If you have family or friends in agadir from the ukplease do not bring them here to visit as you will be charged per person who visits!! Also they need passports which I understand.
Also this place allows you to bring back women from the clubs. We were told if we bring anyone we don't pay anything. Guess what?? We got charged.
Overall the place is clean and tidy. Some staff members are really good. The women staff and the 3 gents in the cafe. Wow amazing.
Please stay away from the old front desk guy. Very rude!! Night shift guy with glasses he's ok but dosnt want to listen or understand anything!!
Also security guard with glasses very rude. He's lucky I kept my patience.
