If i could give this place a lower score, I would. Arrived and was seated, all fine. Place looks lovely. We were given French menus, which none of us could understand. Requested English menus if they had them. 1 server said yes, walked away, and served another table that arrived after us. Shouted another server about menus, and he advised that they don't have english menus to google translate the French menu. Okay. Fine. Awkward but doable. Asked a server if we could place a drinks order. With absolutely no manners, he just said what, then walked off. In total we were there for 40 minutes with no service at all. No one came to see if we wanted to order, other tables that arrived after us were already receiving cocktails. We walked out and found somewhere else. Absolutely shocking. There was 6 of us, all dolled up and ready for a hen party. Thankfully we still had a blast.

Edit: I'll argue. Why not. As a business you should probably learn when to apologise and admit being wrong. When we arrived, we were the only people in the restaurant it was dead. 8pm and it was empty. A couple arrived just after us and was seated and served before us. Then 2 other tables arrived. As I said it was empty. There was no food going, no entertainment. You can try and put this on us. Saying this review is just because of a lack of english menus is so funny. We had 2 members of our party with food allergies. French menus and allergies, brilliant mix. However, the way you've spoken to every single review speaks volumes. I recently had the pleasure of dining at a charming establishment that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm welcoming smile from the staff, setting the stage for a delightful evening ahead.

The decor of the restaurant is simply stunning—a beautiful blend of French chic, pop art, and a hint of shady boudoir ambiance. Each element is stylishly integrated, creating a unique vibe that is both inviting and intriguing. The overall atmosphere radiates warmth, making it an ideal spot for a cozy dinner or a celebratory night out.

Now, let's talk about the food. It was absolutely delicious, with a remarkable selection of fresh fish options that were cooked to perfection. I particularly appreciated their calamari, which can often be tricky to get just right, but here it was tender and flavorful. Every dish we tried showcased the chef's skill and attention to detail.

And just when I thought the evening couldn't get any better, we were treated to live entertainment. The lovely singer had a fantastic, soulful voice that captivated everyone in the room. The dancers added an extra layer of energy and excitement, making the entire experience feel like a special event.

Upon my return, the service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my guests and I had a fantastic experience. Their professionalism and warmth, which I have always valued, were evident throughout, and the food was as outstanding as ever.

This experience has reaffirmed my confidence in the high standards this restaurant is known for, and I am delighted to say it remains one of my favorites. Thank you for considering my feedback and continuing to deliver exceptional service!

I have been consistently impressed by the high quality of service, the professionalism of the staff, and the exceptional food since the restaurant's opening. However, this evening of the 13th, I encountered a disappointing experience.

The receptionist at the door (the young lady in the long dress), who should serve as the first and last point of contact and is responsible for welcoming clients cordially, displayed unprofessional behavior towards me and my guests.

Regrettably, this incident has led me to decide not to return, despite the restaurant being one of my favorites.

I sincerely hope you will take my feedback into consideration to enhance the service quality and uphold the high standards you are known for.
