We were spending two nights in this hotel. The location is inside the medina hence you have to hire a trolly guy a.k.a porter to bring you to this hotel. Finding it by ourselves was a misery and wasting time. The good about the hotel is in the middle of medina hence it's easy to walk around the souk and get back to the hotel, vice versa. The room we booked was double room with a window but we've been given family room without any window and suffocate us inside. They have given our room to other guest which it was unacceptable! The next day we manage to change the room but only twin room available with windows. Better than none! The hotel is old and nothing here make our stay good. I will not recommend and better to stay...

I didn’t stayed at this place so I can’t say about the service of the hotel, but we met the owner and he was very kind with us. We were searching a place to wash our clothes and after getting refused by all hotels that we entered, we almost lost faith. Then we decided to enter in the “heart” of Mogadir, for a final try. The owner was super nice, sociable and helpful and for a small fee, he took our clothes. The big surprise was the next day, when we found them dry, clean, smelling nice, carefully packed and sorted, just like our mom would do them. Something tells me that they will go the extra mile for his clients to have a pleasant stay at his hotel....
