The Penthouse - Fes — Hotel in Fez

From the very beginning, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room smelled amazing, everything was spotlessly clean, and the entire place is very new and beautifully maintained.

What truly made the difference was the host. His kindness and attentiveness are on another level — something we had never experienced before. Even before we had the chance to ask, he was already offering help, suggesting places to visit in the city, and anticipating our needs with genuine care.

At one point, we ordered takeaway food, and without us even asking, he offered to bring it directly to our room. A small gesture that says so much about his dedication and hospitality.

It was an incredible experience, and we felt truly looked after from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it...

From the moment we arrived, abdel ( one of the staff) made us feel truly welcome. Warm, helpful, and always smiling. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy.

The location was perfect being close enough to explore the city easily, but quiet enough at night to rest peacefully. The breakfast provided was delicious and fresh in a restaurant 20sec from the hotel. The moment I booked the room, Abdelhak immediately contacted me and gave me really helpful directions and a warm welcoming

This place is the definition of «don’t judge a book by its cover». The outside looks nothing like the inside. Modern style, a nice small garden in the center with koi fish in a little pond outside the rooms. Well air conditioned rooms.

If you plan on going by train in Fes, this is THE best location. The breakfast place is right across from the train station, and the hotel is a 5min walk. In the modern part of Fes, you will need to take a taxi to get to the Medina, but there are plenty to go around in the area.
