Hi All, left our very ordinary, “bums on beds” Royal Mirage hotel and found this restaurant/bar/cafe about 300m from hotel! What a gem! Food was fab - we (2 of us) sharedChicken Schnitzel with lemon sauce, vegetables and fries, and a Seffa Au Cheveux D’Ange with beef. The chef got it right! Accompanied with 1/2 a bottle of Medallion Blanc Wine and 2 Casablanca beers! We are so glad that with Google’s help we found this restaurant. Mohamed looked after us very well, and we shared the presentation of the U20’s Moroccan FIFA World Champions to the King’s son in Rabat on the big screen! Certainly better than what is on offer...
Read moreThis place has excellent food, drinks, service and a welcoming, calm ambiance. The menu is extensive with cold and warm apps, salads and pizza/pasta, meats/fish and full bar. We enjoyed the best salad of our Moroccan trip (extremely fresh ingredients, well prepared and well dressed) and a tasty margherita pizza. Our server, Khalid, was very helpful and friendly. The space was calm and welcoming with good music (not too loud, mix of Elton John and pleasant Arabic, with live music after 9). This is a great find in Fes! I wish we would have found...
Read moreI would give this place 6 out of 5 stars if I could. My only complaint is the lack of a non-smoking section. The food, though, was incredible, as was the service. Honestly, I had the seffa and it was the best food I've had in Morocco... and possibly anywhere else. We also had the mixed appetizer, that I can't remember the name of, which turned out to be triangles of dough wrapped around tasty fillings....
