Majorel Pearl Boutique Hotel-Restaurant Piscine&Spa — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

This hotel ROBBED me. I went there on the 24 until 26 of June 2024. I put 2000 GBP in my safe during theses two days in my room. 600 is were missing. My wife realise also someone checked OUR LUGGAGES when the cleaning was done. I complained to the hotel staff and the OWNER of the hotel called me to explained he checked his security cameras for those two days and he realized his STAFF came into my room when we were not inside. He CONFIRMED that his own staff robbed us and that he was going to refund my money. We are talking of 540 GBP and 100 dollars and 150 euros. I was thinking it will be all okay but the owner blocked me a few days after from my WhatsApp and will obviously never refund me anything. Never come to this hotel it's the worst experience i will ever experience in my entire life. Be very careful because even the staff robbed me the owner is not a trustful person. Even he promised me he will refund me due to his staff mistake he blocked me after a few days . Cheap people with no class. Avoid this place at any cost you will regret your choice. The worst thing for me is the felling to be robbed one time by the staff and being robbed the second time by the owner telling me he will refund me and telling me he is reliable and bla bla he have hotel and take care of his customer and BLOCK my WhatsApps after realising I went back to my country of origin and I won't be able to do anything. Please note people that the staff were really friendly and put you in the condition for you not to be scared or afraid to be robbed. But they will come INSIDE YOUR ROOM AND CHECK YOUR BELONGINGS YOUR BAGS WHEN YOU ARE NOT INSIDE YOUR ROOM. THEY WILL CHECK THE SAFE BECAUSE THE OWNER IS SO STUPID THAT HE LET THE STAFF GET THE Double OF THE KEYS. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COSTS PEOPLE. I LOST MY MONEY AND I WAS THINKING THE OWNER WOULD HEP BUT INSTEAD HE AGREES HIS STAFF STOLE AND BLOCKED ME TO SAVE 1000 EUROS. AVOID THIS HOTEL...

Beautiful hotel to arrive to after a long journey. The rooms were VERY clean and comfortable and smelt fresh. Nice white sheets were changed everyday. In the evening the hotel was nicely lit with ambient lighting and made sitting by the pool peaceful and enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and hospitable. The resturant served a lovely breakfast each morning. Unfortunatly there was no food or drinks avaliable after the breakfast which became abit of an issue espeshly when it was hitting 51° and we were just desperate for cold drinks. We had to go out for lunch and dinner, which thankfully were nearby. Also there was no spa. We asked at the desk and they told us the lady wasnt coming in that day but we were there for 7 days and there was no spa avaliable in the hotel. But there are plenty of spas and hamams in the local area so dont think it will be much of a problem for someone looking for spa treatments. Excellent Hotel and just as incredible staff. I recently arrived in Marrakech and went to a hotel further out of the city which was cheap and it ended up being a bit of a nightmare and so had to quickly find a new place to stay. I spent a while reviewing various options at a good price, good walking distance from key areas and really a place for a pleasant nights sleep. When I arrived here I received all of this and more. A lovely typical Moroccan breakfast each morning, there was a pool which was regularly cleaned, our room was cleaned every day to high standard, the staff were working around the clock and were very personable, they really went out of their way to solve any issues I had. I don’t normally write too many reviews but felt I had to in this case. To truly enjoy an experience in a new country you need to feel safe and not have to worry about getting a good night sleep, this place certainly delivered and I had a wonderful time in the Mysterious, Majestic and Magical city...
