There were complaints about the absence of air conditioning. However, I would like to clarify that the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, although it may not be available in the lobby. Personally, I didn't find this to be an issue.
The rooms were clean, and I didn't notice any unpleasant odors. The sheets were also fresh and well-maintained.
I must commend the staff with a perfect score of 10/10. They were incredibly kind and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel like part of a family. They were always ready to assist with any request.
