First time staying at this hotel. It's at European standard so I felt comfortable here. The room and ensuite shower room were clean with plentiful towels and a strong reliable wifi signal throughout. The service is excellent especially when the toilet started to overflow into the bowl. The Maintenance Man was at my room in minutes and had the problem sorted in no time. The front staff desk were always available and answered the queries I had. The dining staff were also attentive and offered an excellent customer service. Breakfast wise, it's what you would expect with a decent range of available foods and drinks. There is a drinks machine which provides a number of different coffees as well as hot chocolate. I also paid upfront for dinners and this is where I have a slight bit of criticism. The first dinner I attended, I noticed the range of food offered was extremely limited. There were no fastfood type choices such as fries, pizzas, fish fingers, turkey sausages etc... If I had my children with me, they would not have eaten anything. There was literally one main such as meatballs with some seperate grilled fish as well as one soup. Rice was available and some salad as well as cooked vegetables. The second dinner there was the exact same options except instead of meatballs, there was a lamb dish. After that I stopped eating dinner at the hotel eventhough I had paid up front for three more dinner meals. Instead I chose to eat out, which was easy as Place Al Mouahidune isn't too far. The hotel is slightly small on the ground floor but it does have a room to relax in as well as an outside pool. Due to the time of year, I didn't see anyone using the pool throughout my stay. It was available though so that's an option if you come during the hot season. Location wise, the hotel is a short walk from the Kasbah. You can catch taxis outside but I would recommend that you walk towards the kasbah for a minute or two so you can catch one on the main road. However catching taxis is easy and cheap in this city with a single flat charge per person (remember that taxis are always shared with others) for anywhere you want to go (except the airport). Overall this is a great hotel that I would highly recommend on a Bed & Breakfast basis. I hope dinners will include more options in future so I can recommend that too. I will definitely be staying again in future so please do not hesitate too book here!

We came here with a group. The hotel is conveniently located. The staffs are friendly and the restaurant serves a dinner buffet. The room (332) assigned to us is a failure: a bit cramped, the toilet does not flush completely (I had to use the waste basket, the only one in the room, and fill it with water to flush down the toilet), 1 of the light at the washbasin flickers, there are only 2 bath towels provided (no other towels or washcloths), there is no sheet on the bed (I hope that the duvet is changed for every reservation), the AC barely functions. If you open the balcony doors, that invites all the flies to come in as there is no screen door. Good thing that we only stay here 1 night.

Having read some of the reviews before staying here, we had expected much worse. The rooms were actually okay, maybe a bit dated - especially the bathroom tiles and shower, but the rest was not bad (considering how cheap this was as well). It's located between the Kasbah and the town center, so location for us was great. The one thing I definitely agree with is the poor breakfast: they had a very small selection of food, quality was low, service was very slow, tables not cleared while plates, cups and cutlery wetr missing at the buffet.

Overall good experience. Good for the family and kids as there is a big pool with sunbathing areas. Could do with a few more sun-beds however. Room hygiene was good and cleaners done a good job.

Breakfast food was pretty average, but it wasn’t bad. They have eggs(scrambled eggs tasted funny), salami, cheese, croissants, bread, coffee machine etc. However, the workers are quite lazy and won’t refill drink jugs/bring more croissants/refill tissues unless you ask them, and they will stare at you while you’re eating your food which made me quite uncomfortable. Breakfast should last until around 10 but as soon as they tick everyone off their list they start cleaning the buffet up which was disappointing. I like to eat my breakfast slowly so it’s annoying when it’s still relatively early and the workers are already cleaning up.

Overall, pretty good experience. It’s all you can expect from a 3 star hotel. Main things to work on is the customer service and...

The receptionist lady is ever so RUDE, she does not know how to speak to valued customers, I was offended the way she spoke to me. I found her to be discriminating against different ethnic origin. Meaning she would ask one group “ How are you?” and completely ignore the other group. She needs to get sacked. I told her off then the helped me with the Taxi because they were charging us double, triple. I got the room changed because 1st room had no bedding. The Manager is very calm and polite which was good to see. Breakfast was basic juice finished the they said no more. Kids got told off in the pool because they were enjoying themselves, they did not like to see this, had 3 people including the manager stood outside and starred at the children., which was intimidating. Cleaners were outstanding and welcoming anything you need they would respond immediately and are...
