The Hotel Prestige is an immaculately clean, modern hotel with an excellent front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and breakfast team. They are all exceptional. This is a Four-Star hotel with Five-Star customer service. The hotel faces the river and has an excellent view of the mountains with beautiful sunsets. The hotel is well situated on a main road with free parking if you are driving and if you are on foot as I was, you can easily catch a taxi right next to the hotel (front desk staff is very helpful with this). The main bus station is walking distance from the hotel and the CTM bus station is a quick and inexpensive taxi ride away. ||||While all the physical features of the hostel are great what really makes this hotel, special is its staff. I had a little drama while I was there. I lost my wallet. I was sure that I had left my wallet in a taxi on my way to the old medina for some sightseeing. After I discovered I didn’t have my wallet I went back to the hotel and told the front desk. Monem, the Front Desk Manager jumped right into action working the phones trying to help me. He kept me calm and made several calls on my behalf. While Monem worked the phones, Zoumir, another staff person went next door to where the taxis can be found to see if he could find out who my driver was. He had no luck, so he tried reviewing the CCTV footage, but again with no luck. After a couple of hours there was no news and I went up to my room to begin the task of contacting the credit card companies about the lost cards. Just as I was about to get started the phone rang and Monem told me my wallet had been found and turned in to the police station and if I could wait until the end of his shift he would go with me to the station. We did just that. When we got to the station it turns out my wallet had been turned in by the taxi driver. Everything, money, ID and credit cards were still there. I was prepared to give the driver a reward, but he didn't leave his name, so I can't thank or reward him. Monem, who worked the phones for me, and went with me to the police station also refused a reward for helping me. He said he was happy to help, and I that was part of the family. This is true Moroccan hospitality. I can’t get over what a remarkable place Morocco is. I may have lost a day of sightseeing, but I have seen an incredible part of this country that I will...
Read moreI had booked this hotel in January after my marriage to chill out for a day. I informed the hotel that it is my honeymoon and they went out of their way to decorate our room with roses and red balloons and other beautiful accessories. Both my wife and I were pleasently surprised. We had to go back there as soon as possible. So we booked a room for the past couple of days. The Front office team is very polite and helpful, always greeted with a smile. The Ramadan buffet was also very nice, from Moroccan pastries to Italian pizzas. The buffet had several options, even some vegetarian options. A special thank you to Mr.Benchama the general manager of the hotel for also being so hospitable. Overall this hotel is definately not a 3 star hotel, the staff gives you a 5 star treatement. THANK YOU...
Read moreGreat hotel with great service, and the rooms are clean. I think it was a great location because of the view, and the center is not far and next to the road that can take you to Tangier and other places. It's within walking distance; the only thing is that the road is pretty steep. But for people who are having trouble walking, you can take a taxi for not even €1. At the hotel, they're more than willing to help you in any way they can. Adnan was great, and unfortunately, I didn't get the names of others, but they were great, too. Breakfast was good, too. Will go back even on a...
