Experience the taste of north Africa, frequented by locals, not at all touristic, authentic Morrocan cuisine, no frills, excellent service, food fresh and flavour some. Ordered lamb tagine with prunes, excellent, small prawns sizzling in a pil pil garlic oil, delicious. Selection of kebabs, chicken, liver, lamb, a whole fish, catch of the day , enormous, with squid and prawn and tomato sauce. served with a mountain of traditional bread, olives, homemade French fries, mixed rice with red bell peppers, hot chili sauce and a dish of aromatic flavoured lentils. Two large bottles of water, all for the sum of 2800 MAD or 28 euros . Enormous amount of food , ordered far too much , value for money , very much...

The place is large but I find it not really clean, the tables and chairs and greasy and the napkins are made of recycled paper, they have a wide variety of food in their menu and it's not bad. They also have sandwiches for take away. They have nice desert but you can get better and cheaper in other places. But for such conditions ( not clean...) The prices are high. okay the place is one of the oldest in the city selling the Tetouanian famost sandwish "Pocadios" as well more different kind of moroccan dishs like tajin and salades and fry fish . middle class fast food restaurent, most of it clients are peoples having a tour in the city as well neigboor local shop owners, and students . prices are reasonable but quantity of dishs is a bit small for this you got eatable food with good smell ! not...
