Grace Treasure Hotel — Hotel in Yangon

This is not my first time visit here. The GT before was very good and staff were friendly and polite. That is why I returned back so many time. However, the service is getting worse since last year as there are more new staff and I don’t think they know what hospitality is. Working in the hospitality industry and don’t know how to take care the guests.Again this time, I know that I will get awful service but just come back hoping for the changes and it is getting worse. GT, wish you to be more successful in the future by training the staff to get better service. I hope them to know that whatever star the hotel is, as long as you are working as a hotelier, you should give them the best service you can as the salary you get is coming from the guests. They all are not staying free in your hotel. Receptionist doesn’t know how to taking bookings and treating the guests like “I don’t care if u don’t like”. They don’t know how to listen and they only know what they want to say. I feel sorry for GT and this is really not the GT that I used to know and that I want to see in the future. |Anyhow, we will not be back agin for sure. Thank you for ur best...

Our stay here was very enjoyable from the moment we walked in the drown door. We were greeted with a war unfriendly welcome and the check in was very quick. |Our room was mean, spacious with a nice view looking over the river.|The breakfast up on the roof top is great with a good choice of food that was the best hotel breakfast we have had so far in Myranmar.|On the last night we enjoyed a great massage in the hotel on level 2 which was also one of the best we have had.|The staff booked our onward bus ticket and got our taxi the morning we left ensuring we paid a fair price.|We will definitely return...

This is our favorite hotel in the Yangon area. I have been staying here for 2 years whenever I am in Yangon.

The staff is always attentive and the restaurant serves great breakfast as well as meals throughout the day.

The manager, Jas Mine always makes sure that we are well taken care of.

Prices range from about 30 to 70 USD Depending on your room requirements. I personally like the view of yhe Yangon River and the shipping terminal.
