Parisian Cake & Coffee — Restaurant in Yangon

The worst customer service. the staff were rude.. beyond rude.. not only they don't greet customer, facial expression they showed was beyond rude.It's not even the first time or only one staff. i went to there two times, both early in the morning, the cashier gave me this rude facial expression and waiter who was supposed to give me my " take out" coffee left coffee on the other end of counter and I was waiting infront of cashier. So when I went to the end counter to grab my coffee, that waiter were hiding behind one of the display case and gave me a side-eye.

It's not only just for Kyi Myeen Daing branch. I encountered same experience at 20th street Parisian. Now I am so done with this coffee shop.

Don't give me an excuse about low pricing. Coz Season has a hell lot better customer service although their shop hygiene is...

Lower Kyee Myin Dine Parisian cake and coffee brunch has the worst customer service ever. Everytime I go there, there's a problem with the stuffs and their service. They really give an attitude to then customers when they got their orders wrong. They don't know the menu and when we try to order something they just put whatever they hear without confirming it again. When the order arrived to my table I said that wasn't what I ordered and the waiter got confused. They didn't know I said "peppermint tea". They thought it was papaya milk tea which wasn't even on their menu. The girls at the cashier were confused when I said "peppermint tea". Nice coffee with variety of breads and cakes and stuff. Not expensive compared to other cool cafe's in town. Parisian used to be a very clean, nice cozy place to have coffee, work, and chat with friends and colleagues. But now it's getting more like some other common tea shops. Pretty crowded, loud and noisy. Sometimes the AC doesn't work. (not sure about right now, it used to broke in summer which is a real bummer). Tables are so small so you can just eat or just work with your laptop. Not both. But a real nice place to hang out with buddies for small...
