I’m the regular customer of the coffee shop on ground floor, Pandora on Mezzanine floor and The Strip Rooftop Bar. Food is good at the bar but service is gradually poor. We asked for an extra cup of bbq sauce and never received until we left. Extra glass of beer is added to the bill. When complained, the waitress said it was served. It was served twice and my boyfriend told them to take one back. She put the blame on us that we’re too drunk to remember. I wasn’t drinking and my boyfriend had 3 glasses of beer within 2 hours. We’re not drunk at all. Only then she said the bill can’t be amended and gave us the extra glass. We told her we’re done and leaving, but she still brought that glass of beer.
