I had a disappointing experience during my stay at Lexus Hotel. Although the room was acceptable, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and the drainage system was very poor. The bathroom floor flooded when I took a shower. When we contacted the front desk to request a room change, their attitude was very bad and they informed us that the same issue would occur in other rooms. Pretty clean and decent hotel from the outlook. The room was decent size for one person travel, I like to have space for myself. The bed was very very comfortable too!
