First of all I booked this hotel through booking.com. With a free upgrade to a family suite which was confirmed by booking.com through site and email. when I was checking in they told there was no free upgrade ,even though I showed them the confirmation. The GM told me they didn't have a connection with Booking.com and didn't know why booking.com offered it. They also said there was a bath. No bath. There was no hot water to shower . The hotels advice was to let the water run for 5 mins +. Which I said was a, waste of water which they didn't care about. They offered continental breakfast and American breakfast. It was sent up cold with no cutlery. Their American breakfast was bacon ,Ham, beans and juice or coffee. What I got was 1 fried egg 2 chicken cocktail Frank's 2 slices of toast and coffee both cold. Basics service in this hotel were hopeless from the GM down to kitchen and front desk . until these clowns get there act together I would advise people to give this place...
Read moreThis is my 6th visit here. Rooms are good and safe. Food was great except the breakfast sometimes. Service was 9 out of 10 which means good. Good job and keep it up.Thanks for your hard work during this pandemic period. Wish all the staff there to be safe and healthy. I will get back...
