Terrible hotel experience - room extremely small and pictures are a lie. First room was filthy so we moved to another, second room and bathroom were also dirty and Wi-Fi didn't reach the room. No menus or prices available in the bizzarely located restaurant which is underground and seperate to the hotel.

There was a flood of water throughout the hotel during our stay, and there were glass slats above our door which didn't close meaning we heard noise all through the night and were awoken by hammering outside our room at the crack of dawn. Much nicer places to stay in the area for the same price if not cheaper - would not...

I went this hotel around 2 month before with my wife around 8 o'clock morning ...then I asked for room rate on bb basis ..the reception answer 2500 on bb basis then I check oyo at that moment ...oyo offer 1500 on bb basis then I again ask to staff provide me on oyo price on bb plan but they refused and said that if u go from oyo we need to wait till 12 o'clock noon to get oyo rooms ...what the hell of this ...the hotel owner should be think about customer ...and keep some smart guys on front desk which one deals with customer on effective...
