Hotel Namo Buddha — Hotel in Ratnanagar

Took deluxe room at 2165 npr, leakage with handshower, no fan in the ceiling , major issue.. Hotel doesn't carry generator service to absorb any power cut situations. A big zero with regards to service.. Though parking facility is available still hotel staffs do not coordinate with the respective drivers for smooth cars movement. There are not enough electric sockets also for your personal use. Only one socket available that also for good knight mosquito repellent. ++ dity slippers were provided for use in the washroom. So beware before u visit. Don't go with the pictures. A gentle advise to the owner.. Please keep some good resource, customers go with some good minds please dont fool them and provide...

I stayed 9 nights there and it was the most comfortable stay the whole time. The bedspread was clean and comfortable, the toilet facilities are modern, the A/C and hot showers work perfectly. Most importantly the staff are very friendly and take good care of the guests and property. The location is conveniently located in Hati Chowk, but quiet as well as it’s in an alley right next to main street. For the location and comfort, the price is very much value for money.

I believe the hotel is quite new and built in the last couple of years, so lighting and fixtures are modern and new. More people should know about this...
