Hotel Royal Safari Pvt Ltd — Hotel in Ratnanagar

CHEATERS: They will cheat you on all safari and related rides. One incident to mention: Their tourist desk told me that I can not visit elephant breeding center as my car would not go there and suggested me to buy package of 1.5k. That road was absolutely normal rural road and it cost me 50 rs for ticket and petrol for 2 km ride. They did the same for elephant safari rides, bathing centre etc. When they understood I am not falling for their scam, their manager met me and tried to convince that we can cut down prices for you. Well.. just imagine how much they might be looting. Trust me. Apart from safari you can visit everything (elephant breeding and bathing centre, museum, cultural show) by your own vehicle and it's nearby. When my tour planner ask them about this they denied everything claiming it was some confusion which is so not true as I confirmed prices twice. Not sure about other hotels. Beware of scam

The worst hotel stay in my whole life. not a single thing was appropriate in this hotel .

Rooms -were dirty and full of insects and bugs.even millipede were there inside the room Toilet - unclean unhygenic . the bath towel which supposed to be fresh and clean were lying in the floor . Pool - was filthy but by the time we checking out they kinda cleaned it (apparently it was not be used by the people who is with the travel agancy ) Food - in entire nepal a bottle of water is charged not beyond 40 NPC and here 65 NPC We ordered sweet corn chicken soup and got veg soup ordered french fries got half done potato wedges butter chicken -chicken curry(but it was tasty ) i didnt pay for the first 2 dishes and i have taken 1 plate of breakfast for my toddler and they charged 400 npc for that . and they wont deliver the food on time Staff- very bad and rude receptionist/manager other staffs hardly speak any other...

I stayed there with my family on Jan 4, 2019. The room are in good condition but the service is very poor. We had taken room with morning breakfast and they told its buffet breakfast but when we went down at 7:30 am, there wasn't any breakfast. Had to wait for more than an hour to get it served.

Then, since we were staying there. We had asked information about Jungle Safari but the hotel staff didn't provide us any information instead of taking us to Chitwan National Park. They took us to another spot (Bishajari taal) which we didn't want. After we came back and complained, they agreed and then we had to take again separately chitwan National Park package. I don't suggest this place. Service poor. Their excuse is chef, staff is on holiday. And every staff blames other if asked any questions. The only good thing about this place is...
