Poor Experience : Unprofessional and Unethical Service
We stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception to greet or assist us. We had to call the hotel ourselves just to let them know we were there. Throughout our stay, we had to call them personally for even the most basic needs like drinking water. There was no clear system or staff presence, which made the stay feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
What made things worse was the extra charge we were asked to pay for a blood stain on the bed sheet. Accidents happen, and we expected the hotel to handle it professionally, as most hotels include regular laundry and cleaning in their service. Instead, we were charged an additional ₹500, and the staff acted like they wouldn’t have washed the sheets if there hadn’t been a stain. That attitude is completely unprofessional and raises serious questions about hygiene and ethics.
It seemed like a family-run place—the father was a bit more professional, but the rest of the staff, especially the women, behaved in a very unethical and untrained manner. There was no sense of hospitality or proper service. Despite all this, we didn’t argue and paid the extra fee, and even tipped the room service lady out of courtesy—even though she did absolutely nothing.
Overall, this was not the kind of experience anyone should have when paying for hotel accommodation. I do not recommend this place unless they make serious improvements in customer service, cleanliness standards, and staff...
