Very much underwhelmed. Totally overpriced! (Check upfront for the exact date via the online booking tool! The indicated price on the pure list might not reflect the real one!) No hiking/biking pits available. Long distances to the sanitary blocks, no shelters for people in a tent at bad weather, very unfriendly staff at the reception, no indications on the map, how to get to the individual pitches, only some cluttered numbers, which are not necessarily in the right place even. The dirt paths are not maintained, at all, which almost made me trip a couple of times. Not suitable for people, who are compromised for walking. Had to carry my luggage up bit by bit as there was no way to drag up my bicycle or to use one of the few hand-waggons, which stood there. The beach is not bad, but also, by far, not the nicest one, I've seen on my journey along the coast. Yes, they call it "eco" - to me, it's an overpriced scam, which permits them to call up high prices without having to deliver simple services, let alone good service. Photo of the dirt path to my pitch attached (not sure, one can see it properly, but the "step" is around 30cm deep).

I arrived for a two-day stay and paid upon arrival. The next day, the reception staff told me I had actually arrived a day earlier than I did. What a lie! When I asked to speak with the manager, I was refused. I also requested they check the security cameras, but that was denied as well. They insisted their system was always right. I’ve tried to show my bank payment confirmation but they didn’t want to listen, instead got yelled at. Then, they told me to leave and even sent security to my tent to remove my belongings. Feeling threatened by the security guards, I called the police. After their intervention, the staff changed their mind and allowed me to stay. Despite that, the whole situation was overwhelming, so I requested a full refund. Only the police officer helped me get it. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life — I’ve traveled to over 60 countries and often go camping. Truly unbelievable! I recommend to use smaller local campings - much better atmosphere.

It is a beautiful place, but there are just many problems. Maybe we were there at the wrong time. There is not a single adult person doing any of the jobs. It is a jobstudent at reception, kids area, food area and even the cleaners. This results in chaos everywhere because (mainly due to lack of experience) they can’t handle any problems and do the job because they have to. The sanitary buildings are not clean. We had an unfortunate situation where our little girl has been sick all over the sleeping bags. No help whatsoever. I finally googled that they have a washer and dryer, but some type of guidance would have been nice other than a shrug like “your child, your problem”. In the indoor playground local teens come in and throw trash around, stand on the tables and nobody does anything. I stepped up to tell them to stop but they just act like they own the place because apparently they know the students responsible for the area. Again, this is not what I would expect from a place ran by professionals. Good weather guarantee is non-existent, don’t buy into it. We just felt it was not a relaxing holiday and left a day early. It is pity for an otherwise...

Rude and unhelpful staff.

After spending an hour biking under cold rain, we checked that they had huts available online and decided to go there. We called because we were 30 minutes after reception closed, and we were told that there were not huts available (even though we could have reserved it online for that night) but we could rent a place for our 2-person tent for 20 euros, which was more expensive than other campsites we were on, but was ok.

The conditions of the place werent great. The place where we put our tent was not at all protected from wind, there were no common area to charge our phones after 5.30 pm, the toilets were ok but rather stinky...

The following day we were leaving and we were charged 28 euros instead of the promised 20. I tried explaining that the employee that was there before said it was 20 euros and I got a snarky and rude answer saying "you should have planned your trip better"

Felt quite cheated for all the experience. We basically paid 14 euros per person for a smelly place to have a shower and wash our teeth. The rest we'd be better wild...
