Levatio Suites Muscat, a member of Radisson Individuals — Hotel in Muscat

I booked this accommodation due to the necessity of having a washing machine and a cooker because I have an infant who needs clothes washing regularly, which is a considerable cost if I will pay for a laundry. The second and most important attracted thing was the fact that this hotel is a member of Radisson individuals which is to be under Radisson that is supposed to be trusted for its quality of service. My general review: I would maximally and very generously rate it as 3-stars hotel which shows an effort trying to be 4 or 5-stars. The main disadvantage: My main issue was with the washing machine. It has been changed twice after a failed trial of fixing by the engineering team in the first two washers, which means that I tried to wash the same clothes 5 times in 3 different washing machines. I was so patient with them. After the 4th trial I went to complain again with a very upset appearance while the housekeeping supervisor was incidentally their in the reception. He decided to take the clothes and do the laundry for free, and asked them to solve my problem, so they brought the 3rd washing machine to my room. Then I refused fixing or changing the washing machine anymore.

After the 5th failed trial which is in the 3rd washing machine due to the huge need of my infant to change clothes due to her health status (vomiting, diarrhea, diaper leaking, and the cold weather which needs extra clothing layers) = I went to the reception to ask for a senior or a manager and incidentally the manager was their, he thankfully gave me his personal number and asked me to contact him whenever I need anything. Thereafter the housekeeping supervisor refused doing my laundry so I contacted him and he accepted. He thnkfully sent me free packs of breakfast to my room after my appology to have breakfast because I was tired after a whole night at hospital with my infant. Then I paid for my third laundry in a laundry shop which is located nearby just to avoid more headache. The washing machine was either spelling water all over the floor, not rotating to wash or dry, not draining water, or basically not working at all. The second disadvantage: The room's temperature which was maximally 19 and goes down to 17 despite of the AC being switched off throughout my stay. Additionally I switched off the AC in the corridor as well, with no benefit at all. I did not complain about this issue since I was busy with the first problem which is a priority for me.

Other disadvantages: During my continuous complaints some receptionists did not act welcoming, rather they were upset bacause I am insisting to solve my problem and they are insisting to keep fixing and changing the washers. I understand that they don't have the ability and tools to solve my problem, but they keep trying the same way instead of escalating it to their seniors. The pan in the kitchen was awfully dirty with old oil stains. The floor cleaning is not suitable with a 4-star hotel. It should be 3.

The location was very perfect, everything can be found nearby. The room makeup and houskeeping were very sufficient and satisfying. The manager was very welcoming. They are generous and never refused giving extra tea, coffee, towels, water bottles and so on. The staff in general were very welcoming, helpful and respectful. The end result = I will never book in this hotel again, and I don't recommend it for those who need facilities other than a bed to sleep, a bathroom to...
