Cielo Hotel — Hotel in Asuncion

Very well located with good access to many restaurants and shopping centers. Hotel itself is already in the days and belongs perhaps a little renovated. On weekends it can be very noisy when there is a party on the roof terrace of a nearby hotel. The breakfast is very manageable. The TV is on all the time in the breakfast room. The chairs are too small for the tables. I.e. the breakfast does not invite for a longer stay. The internet was a disaster during my stay. The staff at the reception was not very cooperative and discussed the problem away. I found this to be very rude. An attempt to book a second time, my hotel communication partner was less than cooperative, if not rude. Even direct contact with the hotel owner could not resolve my dissatisfaction. I stayed at the hotel with my three young children for a couple nights. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the concierge called the bus station for me to find out what time my bus for Concepcion was leaving.||||There are several nearby restaurants. The Plaza de las Americas is just a couple blocks away with space for the kids to run.||||The price is fine; it's not a ripoff, and not a bargain.||||The only problem I noticed was that the toilet didn't flush well; it worked, but needed five or six tries before it...

El hotel es muy bonito, está ubicado en una excelente zona. El personal es agradable. El estacionamiento no es cerrado y esta sujeto a disponibilidad, dos noches estacionamos en la esquina y estuvo todo bien. El desayuno es bastante completo y es acorde a la tarifa del hotel. Nosotros estuvimos en una habitación/depto cómodo, amplio. Solo tuvimos inconvenientes con los smartv, no andaban bien, se tildaba (YouTube) o quedaba estancado en un canal de cable. |El baño súper amplio también. Solo un día hubo problemas de presión del agua.||Una de la cosas negativas fue que tuvieron que reparar la pileta y fue casi un día y medio sin poder usarla. Luego se habilitó (seguramente por la insistencia de los huéspedes) pero no estaba en condiciones (estaba sucia y sin el tiempo necesario para que los productos hagan efecto). Una cuestión más fue que uno de los huecos succionador del agua estaba sin protección y a mí hijo de tres años "le chupo la mano". No le pasó nada más que el susto y la mano hinchada y morada por unas horas. ||Se entiende que hay cosas que deben repararse pero en pleno febrero con temperaturas altísimas es muy difícil no ocupar la pileta. ||Pese a las cuestiones negativas, volveríamos por la comodidad de sus deptos y la zona donde...
