Absolute scammers. On top of terrible service (the waiter mostly grunted to any question asked without giving an answer) at the time of paying for my bill their machine wasn't functioning properly. I passed my card and the screen didn't show confirmation nor rejection of the payment, so the waiter asked to do it again. After doing it for a second time, the same thing happened, but I got two notifications on my phone that the payments had gone through and hit my credit card. So when I showed them this and tried to explain it to them they kept insisting that the payment hadn't occurred because the machine didn't show anything. This situation went on for 40min until I had no chance but to pay in cash for the 3rd time, while they assured me that if the payments went through they would cancel them and return the money. They took my details to contact me. The next day, surprisingly to no one, the payments had gone through and I had been charged 3 times. But they refused to return the money for one of the payments claiming they could only see one of them in their system. I ended up paying twice for my meal because of their inability to understand the payment system they use (while I had to stand 40min of them 'explaining' to me how, with all certainty, the payment hadn't occurred). Where do I begin... if it was possible to give this restaurant a minus rating, I wouldn't hesitate to do so. Without a doubt, the worst restaurant I have ever been to. There were three members of staff, each one as incompetent as the next. My partner ordered a beer. It was put down on front of him, with the cap still on, and we had to wait for a further ten minutes before we could get any of the staff's attention to open the bottle. While my own drink was being made, I saw the waitress tasting it with a spoon behind the bar then putting the same spoon back in the drink before bringing it down to me which I obviously couldn't drink. My partner's food arrived and ten minutes later I am still waiting for mine. When I asked the waitress to check, the food came out immediately- this leaves me with the impression that the food was sitting in the kitchen the entire time and would have stayed there had I not reminded her. We ordered 2 entrees,4 mains and 4 cocktails between 4 people. We received 1 starter and then at 10-20 minute intervals received our 3 of our 4 mains with our drinks coming every so often throughout this period. We then received our second starter as the 3 of us finished our mains which we could not eat at this stage. Half of the sides for the 4th main came and 10 minutes later we then received the 4th main with the other half of sides. Both sides were cold (first was hot when delivered but cold by the time the main was received). We asked where the other main was aprox. 25 mins after the 3rd was received and almost instantly it was delivered. The food was amazing but unfortunately it was delivered in such an unorthodox and untimely manner. The waitress at the time seemed to lack training and confidence (which is not at all her fault).
