After the great reviews I was a bit disappointed by our stay. Our room was very clean and new but only had a window to an inside hallway. So no fresh air or daylight. |The WiFi did not reach our room. |The roof terrace is great but since it is on the outskirts of town, surrounding buildings are in construction or deconstruction. |The locked front door (even when you are inside) and having to wait until somebody came down to open it was not very welcoming. |The tours offered were also more expensive than booking with any office in town for the exact same service. |We asked for late check out since I was not feeling well and were charged 50% of the room rate. Habitaciones limpias y correctas. Todo en buen estado (parece bastante nuevo). Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero por el precio no puedes pedir más. Casi todas las habitaciones dan al pasillo interior y tienen una ventana al mismo, por lo que al ser zona de paso de huéspedes al final tienes que tener por intimidad la cortina cerrada y el cuarto se hace algo claustrofóbico al no tener ventanas. Creo que para 1 noche es buena elección, principalmente por su limpieza y la buena relación calidad/precio (en nuestro caso 1 noche para 5 personas en dos habitaciones fueron 91USD, unos 70€) . El baño por el contrario es amplio y la ducha funciona correctamente.|| ||El desayuno lo dan en el salón de su casa, es algo escaso pero el estándar basico en Perú (mate, café, leche, un poco de zumo de bote, pan, mantequilla, mermelada y poco más).|| ||El hotel esta en un edificio nuevo, pero a las afueras. Nazca es pequeño y en 10 minutos caminando estas en el centro. La avenida en la que se encuentra es una calle no asfaltada. Por la perpendicular frente al hotel, en 3 cuadras llegas a avenida Bolognesi donde hay restaurantes, tiendas, agencias, etc. De noche hay poco movimiento cerca del hotel y puede dar miedo hasta llegar al centro, no obstante nosotros hicimos el trayecto para ir a cenar y bien, si no puedes ir o volver en taxi por unos soles…||Las personas de recepción especialmente al que preguntamos por la tarde-noche no tienen gran conocimiento turístico ni mostraron mucho interés en los tours por los que nos interesamos. No obstante es mejor ir por libre en todo (salvo el sobrevuelo, claro está)|| ||El hotel se dispone en varias plantas y no dispone de ascensor. Adicionalmente la escalera es algo estrecha y algo incomoda pasa subir con equipaje. Aunque hay wi-fi en todo el hotel este no funciona muy bien y en las habitaciones más alejadas no llega (en la recepción va mejor). Nos cobraron un sobrecargo por pagar con tarjeta en vez de efectivo (no recuerdo si lo advertían...

Do not book at this hotel. ||We booked in August to stay one night in October. Confirmed by email.||Arrived after a days travelling to find staff wouldn’t let us in. After a language barrier overcome thanks to google we think(!) the hotel had fully booked itself out to a tour group and there was no longer room for us.||Nobody had emailed to tell us and nobody offered us any compensation or help finding another bed. ||Don’t risk it- Nazca is too hot and sandy to be dragging your stuff around on the...
