Fatima Camila Inn — Hotel in Tarapoto

I want to share my experience regarding the hotel in question. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it, as I consider that the cleanliness is not adequate. From my point of view, the lack of air conditioning and the presence of dirty sheets are aspects that need to be improved. Moreover, I must mention that the odor present in the facilities is unpleasant, even comparing it to that of a brothel.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are creaky but comfortable, the air conditioning, fans, and WIFI are great, and the bathrooms are clean. Why only the one star rating? During my visited there was an electric beep/chirp that sounded like loud squeaky shoes on tile that echoed throughout the entire hotel, making it impossible for me to sleep. Even ear plugs didn't block it out. Unfortunately this ruined any good vibes I had...

Este hotel fue antes el sauce inn, ahora está en manos de otra administración y le han cambiado el nombre a Fatima Inn.||Está muy bien ubicado a media cuadra de la plaza principal, cerca a supermercados, restaurantes y farmacias. Zona segura y de fácil acceso. ||La atención fue muy buena, atienden las dueñas directamente, el trato de todos muy amable y cordial. La habitación con aire acondicionado y baño limpio con agua caliente y televisor con cable. ||Yo tomé la opción con desayuno incluído para probar, y no cumplió con mis expectativas pero tiene lo básico, jugo de frutas, cereales, café, huevos y arroz...
