Food: I ordered a chicken sandwich special. It was warm and good but not as tasty this time. I ordered it before and it was better. I also ordered cafe con leche. Somehow it had a weird taste. Also, normally it comes with a piece of cookie. It didn’t come with it today at all. I ordered maracuya cake to go. It was ok. It’s a sponge cake with maracuya flavoured cream filling.
Customer Service: Some servers don’t have basic customer service manners. As I was dining there, I needed to borrow a pen. I politely asked Luz if I can borrow her pen. She said she only had one and just looked at me. I was puzzled so I just said ok. Then she walked away. I was ok with her not lending her pen but it doesn’t hurt to be more polite. I asked another server. She smiled and asked how long I needed it for because she explained that she only had one. I told her her I needed it only briefly as I needed to quickly write something. Then she was nice enough to lend it. The difference in responses between the two servers is night and day. The 2nd server had better customer service at least. I get that they need a pen because they are servers. It wasn’t busy when I went there. Would I go back here? Nah, I don’t pay to be disrespect. It’s not like food the is cheap there. I know that I pay to have good food and service. They need to learn that they have jobs and business because of customers. PS. Their bottled water cost more than the bottled water inside the airport when the grocery is just next to them. ...
