ROSWAL HOTEL — Hotel in Trujillo

Located in one of Trujillo’s more residential neighborhoods, the Roswal hotel is a good choice if you’re in the city on Business or simply looking for a good place to sleep. It is conveniently located on a main street, less than 10 minutes drive from downtown. There are several good restaurants and cafes within walking distance.||The hotel itself shares a new building with a bank and is a slim building of about 5 to 6 floors. This is a new hotel...and you know what's good about brand new hotels - new towels, new linens, etc. The staff is very accommodating, very receptive to our needs, and welcomed our suggestions to further improve their excellent service and facilities. The breakfast spread is sufficient - bread, cereal, butter, jam, ham, cheese, eggs, fruits, yoghurt, coffee, tea, fresh fruit juice. Nada que decir sobre la infraestructura,muy cordial la dueña y un joven muy elegante y educado.Pero lamentablemente muy pésima la atención de la Recepción, chicas empíricas con muy poca paciencia.Nos fuimos con mi familia desde Lima a pasar un divertido fin de semana en el mes Julio por cuatro días pero nos quedamos muy mal con la atención de este hotel.En la recepción un gordito muy informal que lo pasaba al teléfono o jugando con otra choca de recepción, la verdad nos llevamos una triste decepción del hotel.
