I asked them to change one ingredient and replace it with tofu because they didn't have one single vegan option, and they said it was not possible because it would change the overall flavor... I ordered anyway because it was a little late and we were starving. But then, 40 minutes later, our order never came... and instead the waiter told us they were so busy the dish would take 20 minutes more, even though 3 other tables that came after were already eating. Mis amigas y yo llegamos con nuestros hijitos, al entrar la chica de la recepción nos miró y creo que porque estábamos con los niños no hizo mucho por ayudarnos, finalmente nos dijeron que como éramos un grupo de 8 no nos podían sentar ya que estaban las mesas ocupadas, luego nos dijeron que podían sentarnos en la de 6 personas, para en menos de un minuto decirnos que no. Cuándo entramos al restaurante por estar con los niños incluso pedimos si podíamos sentarnos en la terraza y nos dijeron que no era posible. Al final ya decepcionadas nos salimos y mientras buscábamos un lugar diferente donde ir a comer, una señorita muy amable (Janet) se nos acercó y nos preguntó que había pasado y nos dijo que nos habían mal informado de la terraza y que si podíamos sentarnos afuera, y que lo que pasaba que por el frío nos habían dicho que no, al final nos acomodaron una mesa en la terraza. La señorita Janet más nuestro mesero fueron las únicas personas amables y que realmente trataron de ayudarnos. Referente a la comida, todo estuvo excelente y si volvería a comer allí, fue muy agradable e incluso nos dieron un plato de cortesía y el mesero incluso nos preguntó si los niños podían comer lo que nos iban a dar, esto fue algo que pienso fue un punto a favor para que nuestra experiencia fuera algo mejor después de como nos trataron y sentimos al llegar. Le doy 5 estrellas a la señorita Janet y a mi mesero, desafortunadamente no recuerdo su nombre , y la comida también 5 estrellas. A la señorita de la recepción no le doy ni una estrella porque desde un principio, cuando entramos con nuestros niños fue muy claro que no tenía el deseo de servirnos o ayudarnos y sólo se paró allí y no nos daba...

This is the first time I have tried Peruvian-Japanese fusion and I must say it was unique and delicious. The maki rolls using Peruvian ingredients and techniques like ceviche and pulpo con chimichuri sauce contrasts well with the sweet and savory sushi rice and nori.

Service was a little slow and slightly disorganized at times. For Peru, the price is expensive (especially for the ramen) but worth it for the experience with the maki.
