El Gran Marquez is well-located, only one block off Larco, a main street, next door to Wong's a huge, modern supermarket, and within a block or two of 4 or 5 decent to upscale restaurants. The chicken restaurant on the corner of Larco is very good with a wide choices (except for vegetarians) and is reasonably priced. The Caramel Cafe, two blocks away from Larco offers great salads and desserts. El Gran Marquezt is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas on a route difficult to get lost on. ||||The rooms cost about $65 US. All in all, El Gran Marques is a good option...

The room itself was small, but the bathroom was fairly roomy, with counter space. Everything was very clean. Breakfast buffet was generous, and had other dishes than just eggs, which my husband...
