Pro||-Not near the downtown, so it is quiet. |-Staff is super friendly and they will accommodate you as the best as they can. |-Great atmosphere. Views are great. |-Many good day or half a day hiking near by. |-Serve good food in the premises. You can ask them to have it ready by when you want to eat and walk to the dinning room with pajamas.|-Rooms are clean and well kept. Hot water takes a bit, but good hot shower. |-Great price. ||Con||-Not near the downtown. About 10 to 15 minutes walk depends on where in downtown. |-Very quiet and not much activity going on.|-Although good food, it is pricier than other restaurants in Urubamba. Also, limited selection since you don't have different restaurants to choose from. |-Internet is not great. Slow and spotty. ||I am here to relax and hike. So for the current trip, I prefer here than hotels in Cusco or Ollantaytambo for that reason. Staff are super friendly and they will do their best to accommodate you. I told the nice young lady in the reception that I am here to hike when I checked in last night. This morning, she printed out a map of a good hiking place. While I was spending three weeks in Peru with students, a few of us got sick and Edwin took great care of us. He brought us to the local medical clinic, brought nourishing food to our room so that we could rest, and was helpful in arranging transportation on-the-fly. ||||The hotel was clean and warm (we stayed in July during the Peruvian winter when it was usually quite cold at night) and always had piping HOT water! Breakfast was always plentiful and delicious, there is a big jug of free bottled water to refill your water bottles, and Edwin even helped us order (and picked up for us) delicious pizza one night. ||||It was great to know that Edwin was willing and able to help us whenever the unexpected would arise. ||||There are also cute puppies on the property, which...

A beautiful resort, highlighted by Edwin and his attentive staff. The highlight of my stay was the private tour of the beautiful grounds by Edwin, who showed me all varieties of fruits, vegetables, flowers, herbs and spices that are grown on the property. ||||My room was immaculate. It was tastefully decorated and had a large, spotless bathroom. ||||Nothing beat having my breakfast and coffee on my private balcony overlooking the garden.||||I couldn't recommend the hotel more. ||||Edwin has a wealth of knowledge about Peru and in particular the Sacred Valley.
