First, my mom (senior citizen) and i ordered 2 meals for dine in. Then my mom remembered that she loves their Dinuguan so she ordered one for take out. They refused to acknowledge the senior discount as they said, "it's for take away and it cannot avail senior discount" I did not argue but my mom did 🤣
By the way, the cashier verbally said, bottled water cannot be on the senior discount. 😐
Second, the cashier was really having a hard time validating and computing the senior discount. It took time that the food was already served but i am still at the cashier waiting for the correct change. He needs re-training and more mentoring.
Third, (not towards the restaurant), just sharing for the bad experience. We have placed a bag on the chair, marking that the table is already occupied. But these 4 men still sat on the table. My mom then just took the bag while i was at the counter and moved to another table.
