Good and quality set of seafood for the price of Php 299 per head (drinks not included). We were intrigued 🤔 by a post from a local food vlogger featuring Hunasan Seafood House at NGC Bacolod City that we decided to have our dinner there. The food refill was okay. Nonetheless, the crispy crablets were my favourite and the fresh fish tinola as well as the steamed shrimps 🍤 😋. There was also fresh seaweed salad like lato and the other one that looked like "gulaman." There were also pork variants such as mechado and nilaga na tiil with batwan and langka. There were other soups, too, such as chicken tinola and fresh shells with lots of ginger, too. Scallops were also abundant with sauce or grilled with cheese and butter + garlic :) My husband loved the adobo pusit and adobo octopus :) There were also large fish in sweet and sour sauce. Kinilaw fish was also overflowing as well as steamed small to medium-sized crabs. The famous large "Sigay" shell was also delicious, but unfortunately, we only got a few since there were plenty of customers that night. Hopefully, next time, I look forward to other seafood that will be included, such as fresh talaba (oysters: steamed or grilled 😋) and some shrimp variations (buttered garlic shrimp or shrimp tempura) next time (hopefully they see my review ;) ) haha I love how the service crew respectfully get our orders and deliver them promptly :) Overall the service was amazing, smiling still despite the full house service :) kudos to all staff, cooks and crew of Hunasan...
