Scarborough Seafoods — Restaurant in Bacolod

You can never go wrong with seafoods, however, the way the food tastes still matters.

We ordered chili garlic crabs, butter garlic shrimps, grilled squid and grilled scallops. All, unfortunately, were not good. I know taste is subjective but it I’m sure if you will try it, you would agree.

You cannot taste the chiliness of the chili garlic crabs and weirdly, it tasted the same as the butter garlic shrimps. We also asked to not overcooked the shrimp but they were still. Scallops were also overgrilled making them super small, to begin with the scallops were already small when we ordered. Squid didn’t had any marinate or flavoring, literally...

We ordered 2 meals only because it was only the 3 of us. The place wasn't packed however our food was served a bit longer than usual. It wasn't until then I kindly asked the waiter for a follow up, afterwards he served our meals. It was 2 meals after all and the place wasn't packed so we weren't sure what made our order a bit late. The tinola was nice but butter shrimp was already cold. The shrimp was too sweet. I couldn't almost taste the butter because of its sweetness. I want to give them another try on...

Scarborough is my number one restaurant in Bacolod. The food is super delicious, the staff are amazing with providing extended customer service. The best part is that they remember who you are, no matter how long is been. I've tried many different restaurants in Bacolod, but none comes close to Scarborough's delicious fresh food and amazing service.
