Mama Nene's Transient House — Hotel in Baler

The location of the transient was really okay. It is near the Sabang beach, in-front—you can find sari-sari stores, beside—is the mineral water store, near also to 7eleven and most importantly near to the city proper and public market.

The transient has parking lot in front of it which can accommodate only two cars, but the staff told me that there are also parking area at the back of their building.

The room looked okay, it was comfortable there. We rented one room, room number 6 to be specific with two double-deck beds. Lower deck is good for two people same as the upper deck, they also offered a free extra single bed which you put just on the floor. The AC functions well and can really make the whole room cooler. The comfort room has a shower but doesn’t have a heater; the toilet bowl has a bidet also.

You can cook at the ground level of the building with total of four stoves so you can share it with other tourists renting the rooms, but will be uncomfortable with others due to the small sharing-space. I guess, it will be a give and take scenario.

CCTVs are available here so security is good. You can drink all night using the hallway (cause it is the only available space) just make sure you do not bother other tourists renting other rooms.

The place is really crowded there is no parking the parking is too few for the guest imagine traveling for 6 to 10 hours arriving in this mama nenes transient and there is no tv the room smells freshly painted rooms and the lights flickering and then the lights just went all out at first i thought the whole city just got blackout but then i hear from the neighbours singing karaoke so where the only one who doesnt have electricity so when we complained they say that they are currently searching for a electrician which they should have a maintanaince guy in the first place well after about 4 hours still waiting we decided to just refund our money and look for somewhere else and i dont know if they fix...

Wifi doesnt work. Places to setup bbq is terrible(outside near the road) Common tables badly ventilated(very hot) but the front ones ok.
