as to price in relation to the overall room service i can say that it is still a win-win situation for both the hotel owner and the customer. the price is reasonable enough for the modest service. with high inputs of production in the hospitality business. the amenities and facilities of the hotel are basic by industry standard, but it is still a sought out accomodation because of the low purchasing value of the peso and also because the savings derived from the cheap accomodation can be spent to some other needs such as cost of transportation, food, and other necessities for any traveler or budget-seeking individuals. despite the cheapness of the service, the room is still clean and can give any uncomplaining traveler a good night sleep to pass the night over. in some rooms though, the plumbing system or piping system are atrociously visible on the ceiling of the room and some noise can be heard when other room users flush their their toilets or take a shower. some aircon units are not working properly and defectively dripping water into the floor of the room which can be an inconvenience, although not all rooms may be affected. the good side is that it has spacious lobby downstairs and the facility is along a main street so it has good accessibility to taxis, jeepneys, trikes or TNVs. there is a limited parking space in front so it is a first come first serve basis. you can also ask for hot water and drinking water just in case the front desk forgot to offer one. overall, it is still value for money and the savings derived by any budget conscious traveler may be spent at the nearby 7-11 or...

So, I already knew what to expect.||It would help a would-be visitor to this hotel that: 1) Floors are not very clean, so I suggest bring a cleaning rug with you. 2) Beddings are not so immaculately clean. Mine had a brown bogger-like that clung in the sheet. Learn to be patient. Anyway, it will only be for overnight. 3)And, this is very important. Don't be shy to ask for soap and toilet paper because it is not provided in your room. The reception desk supplies you with this very important basic amenities. Therefore 4) bring your own shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste and your pair of slippers.||Important for every stay in a hotel is comfort and a clean bathroom. The airconditioning functions but is noisy. But it's alright. The bathroom is clean yes. That I guarantee. So, over-all I would say, if one is not so picky, the GV hotel is the place to stay when one is on a...
