Worst experience in Ribs and Bibs ever. This was my favorite Baby Back Ribs place before when they still had their first branch near XU. But Centrio Branch staff were pretty lousy in serving the food and how they served us customers. They just informed us that one of the dishes that we ordered were not available after waiting for 20 mins then their dishes were served one by one and took so long for the next dish to be served. They even included the dishes that were not available on the bill AND forgot to return our credit card to us. How irresponsible and careless could they be? Not returning to this branch ever. If the waitresses, waiters and other employees that made this experience bad they should do more training and proper supervision to not tarnish the reputation of this once beloved restaurant. Ribs and Bibs has always been our go to comfort food and was thoroughly impressed by the experience, especially the ribs. From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff especially Adriel, made us feel right at home.

The ribs were absolutely fantastic—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. They were perfectly cooked, with a smoky aroma that hinted at the delicious taste to come. The barbecue sauce was the ideal complement, enhancing the meat without overpowering it. The portions were generous, making it great value for the price.

The employees were incredibly courteous and accommodating, making sure every detail was taken care of. I was particularly impressed by the two interns who assisted me—they displayed professionalism and dedication that absolutely deserve the highest grades, and I hope they get absorbed into the team permanently.
