MCA Suites by Hiverooms — Hotel in Cebu City

Booked here for mar 4-7. Visitors are allowed, but only for a maximum of one hour and only until 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, my experience here was not very pleasant. My aunt stayed at this inn (2 adults) because we didn’t have enough space at our house, and we had a scheduled doctor’s appointment at Chong Hua Hospital. I have a son who is 1 year and 6 months old, whom my aunt hadn’t seen in quite some time. I thought it would be a wonderful reunion to visit her, especially since she was staying temporarily in the same area as I am.

We asked our aunt if it was okay to visit, and she informed us that visits were allowed but only for an hour. However, when we went to see her, we were barred from entering because, according to them, visitors are only permitted until 6:00 PM.

We had to ask our aunt to come outside to accommodate us around 7:30 PM, and I had my son with me. Although the hotel provided chairs outside, we could only have our dinner there, in the open. This experience led us to book another hotel within walking distance of the hospital, which turned out to be much more hospitable. While this current hotel may be cheaper, I’ve realized I value comfort over cost. Lesson learned for next time! PS This might be the good choice if yr traveling alone for vacation and dont have any chaperone that will come visit you or u prefer ...

To be honest, I'm kinda skeptical about placing reservation fee because from the price and everything seems sureal! Baka scam. But well, I did it anyway🤣. Imagine, 4days and 3nights ko mag stay but then I only pay 2,100? Hmm too good to be true. So I arrived way earlyyy (10am i guess). I was not informed na 2pm pala yung check in so I asked the very kind receptionist kung ok bang mag stay inside the reception area and she agreed.. so I waited there then go out to have lunch by 12. Pagkadating ko parang wala pang 1 but they decided to let me in nalang sa room❤️. The room was nice and clean and mabango even the cr.❤️. The shower works well with their heater though ang water pressure niya is not that kusog but pretty decent naman. Good function pod ang flush. Perfect ang room for me especially I stayed there alone, sleeping, eating, watching good shows annnd!! The best part nga ge palit nako kay ang ilang guyabano concentrate.. the best!! Gusto nako dal.on pabalik but exceed ug 100ml, sad. All the staff there kay super kind and grabe ka secured. Basta I'm overall satisfied! Incase maka balik ko soon, walay duhaduha.....

The personnel was outstanding, and the accommodations were spotless and quite comfy. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. I heartily urge anyone traveling to the city to stay at this hotel.

They let us check in early and were really helpful. I didn't want to wait since we arrived at the hotel so early. This was a major benefit. Excellent service was also provided.

I had a fantastic time at the (HN). From the valet to the check-in desk to the cleaning crew, every member of staff I came into contact with was friendly and eager to assist. I'm grateful....
