I only paid 600 pesos, so weighting on the price I paid and the amenities I got, comparing to other hotels I stayed at the same price range, I would rate this hotelier "poor".||To start, the room was huge but I didn't need to much space, I want comfortable bed with decent comfort room and shower.||I got a double bed but it was small and the bedding was too thin with two baby pillows with lousy laced pillow cases. The bedsheet and the blanket were just pieces of thin cloths and were almost tearing apart.||The 14-inch TV which was situated on the other end of the huge room looked 50 percent smaller. Read moreNo parking available for guests, no elevator, the floors were wet on the second floor because of water coming out of air conditioners, there is a stench comparable to an open sewer in the hallways, the rooms are on the third floor with NO elevators,(the second floor houses offices) bathrooms are tiny and mildewed, mattresses and pillows are stained, sheets are threadbare. And the management will not return payment even if you are dissatisfied with the room....
