Our stay at Koze Suite in Dumaguete for a day was truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place, especially the bathroom, which was spotless and well-maintained. The room itself had a pleasant, inviting fragrance that immediately made me feel at home.
The staff deserves a special mention—super friendly and accommodating, they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I could tell they genuinely care about providing a great experience for their guests.
The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the free water provided in the room—small touches like this really make a difference.
The entire place is quiet and peaceful, making it the ideal spot for relaxation. It’s away from the noise, which really helped me recharge during my short stay.
The only minor suggestion I’d have is for the shower, which had a slightly low water pressure. It's a small issue, though, and didn't affect my overall experience much.
In conclusion, Koze Suite is a wonderful place to stay in Dumaguete. I had an excellent time, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future visits. Highly...
Read moreI would rate the hotel a 3/5, as it was average for me—not great, but not bad either. The staff were friendly, though they were often unavailable when needed, possibly due to the low number of residents during my stay. The bed, pillows, and blanket were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. However, the toiletries lacked presentation, with the soap being small and without fragrance. The hotel's location is inconvenient for those relying on public transportation, as it takes over 20 minutes to get a ride, and the grab trike service was unreliable. On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located across from a convenience store for easy access to essentials. There’s no breakfast offering, and the on-site restaurant is quite expensive, though GrabFood is a good alternative. A highlight was the smart TV with Netflix. The towels were clean, but the free coffee didn’t suit my taste. Overall, it's still a...
Read moreThis is on the second floor of a building, and we booked it online since it’s cheaper than the actual hotel price. The room design is a bit industrial, with a bare roof concept. I liked that there was an ergonomic chair, but I didn’t like how the room and bathroom were divided.
We were disappointed that there was no hot water. They said they rely on solar panels, so we ended up taking cold showers. In the morning, we were hoping for a hot shower, but there still wasn’t any, which was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering it’s almost 3k a night.
That said, it’s still a comfortable room for a...
