If I could give zero stars, I would. Waited for 2 hours for our food. The soup arrived after 2 hrs and it was cold. Out spaghetti arrived after waiting for another 20 minutes, and it had a piece of hair in it. Very unsanitary. The chef was very loud and kept shouting. Everyone could hear them arguing.

Amazing hotel with an amazing staff. The upstairs restobar was great. Some local markets are easily walkable and the rooms were immaculate. The best thing about the hotel was the hospitality. The workers here are amazing and I would not hesitate to book again if in the area.

Very friendly staff. They're welcoming every time we come back. Cozy room. I pass out in the bed every time. The bathroom is comfortable. Shower temperature hot and cold works perfectly. Wifi is fast. All of the food we've had is amazing. Overall I'm happy to be here!

DON’T GO THERE, PLEASE !!

We (2 adults) stayed there in May 2024 and for 5 nights we paid 20.300 php, which is quite expensive at 4062 php / night! In this price the bfast was included. Unfortunately, at bfast they charge you extra, for example Americano bfast +100, one more slice of toast +40, etc. At an overnight price of 4062 pesos this is unacceptable, and people reading this, will agree, and not go there.

For inhouse dining for their guests they have the “CCaptain’s Galley” on the 3rd floor. One evening, when we went up for dining, it was impossible, there was an (external) graduation party of 40…50 students. Who were not guests in the hotel. It was very loud, and unfortunately it turned out, that they had no seats for their “valued” and “high paying” guests. I couldn’t believe my eyes and ears. They said to us high-paying guests, “sorry we have no seats for you”. This evening, and therefore 20% of my stay was already ruined☹ At 8:30 pm we had long discussions with the front staff. Finally they asked us to dine out somewhere, but finally we found out that around everything was closed at 9 pm. The graduation party at 9:30 pm became more and more unacceptable loud of screaming etc. The hotel did NOT reserve a time slot for their “valued” guests. The hotel did NOT inform their “valued guests”, to plan the dinner outside early somewhere. It was super annoying and unprofessional. They offered us an in-room dining, which I usually don’t like at all. But due to missing options, wThe hotel did NOT reserve a tie made a small food and drink order by phone at 9:24 pm. At 10:23 pm, 1 hour later, and after 2 phone calls, somebody delivered our order. a) The ordered beer was not available b) The price for the delivered dinner was increased for no reason c) The delivery came in 2 sessions: a) the food d) c) then we waited very long for the spoons, forks, knifes and drinks ! e) that time we were done eating with fingers and without drinks We couldn’t imagine such lousy service in reference to a price of 4062 per day ! At 11 pm we wanted to sleep, but the student’s noise hindered us! We hoped it will be done by midnight, but it wasn’t. At 12:0 am we called the reception again and told them we cannot sleep because of moving chairs and loud screams upstairs. Again they aid, there is a graduation party. It means, the external visitors have higher priority than the high-paying guests !!!! ☹ They said “Sorry, Sir – at 12:30 am all will be silent”. It was just another lie, it kept loud until 1 am. And after that the youth was still screaming under our window until 1:30 at night.

Another day we left for a day tour to Apo Island and asked the front staff to get our room cleaned during our absence. When we came back tired from the tour at 2:30 pm, nothing was done in our room. There is no service for the guests, horrible!

At the beginning of our bfast we were asked for our drinks. We ordered coffee. What we received was hot water and instant powder instead of brewed coffee. The small bfast came 15 minutes later, and the coffee was finished already. They don’t know how to serve in time.

Overall spoken, the Lighthouse Point is not even worth half the amount of what they charge you. Even in Manila I can get double service for half price.

I never felt valued there. So I recommend other local or international tourists not to go there. In November my daughter planned to go there with a group. Due to my tellings she understood and she will place her earned...

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. There are definitely a lot of good things about this place, but also a few areas that could be improved.

The bed is soft, and the pillow provides great comfort, making for a good night’s sleep. The cable TV works well, and the WiFi is fast, which is a big plus. The hot and cold shower and bidet are available, which I consider a must-have. They also provide a water dispenser, which is very convenient. The single room has a good amount of space—not too cramped. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the stay more pleasant. Lastly, the air conditioning is really cold, which I love!

However, there were a few stains in the toilet and towels, which could have been cleaned better. The hotel does not have an elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially if you have heavy luggage. The restaurant, bar, and pool are all on the third floor, which isn’t ideal for guests with disabilities. The pool itself is more of a dipping pool, so don’t expect to do laps. Food is on the pricey side, but that’s common in hotels. The location is not close to any convenience stores or sari-sari stores, so make sure to bring what you need. Another downside is the number of mosquitoes, especially in the bar area, which can be annoying. They only provide one key, so you can’t keep the room cool when you leave. Also, for a single room, there’s no proper space to eat, which can be inconvenient.

Overall, if you're looking for a place with comfortable rooms, good amenities, and friendly staff, this is a good option. However, if accessibility, dining options, or location convenience are a priority, you might want to consider other choices. The hotel does well in terms of comfort, but a few adjustments—like improving cleanliness, providing two keys, and controlling mosquitoes—would make the experience even better. Would I stay here again? Yes, but with some...

A hotel to never go back to. You will not receive any answers to your questions during registration. For example, I asked if I could pay with an ATM card, but she did not know how to tell me where an ATM machine was. The wifi didn't work enough. The front desk clerk was very rude and did not provide any solution. The next morning I wanted to have an American Breakfast, but I had to pay 500 PHP extra. But it was not reported anywhere to pay extra. The reception clerk, from the 2nd day, very friendly and helpful. She herself went to raise the problem of both the Wifi and the Breakfast with the manager. Thanks to her we were assigned another room and we didn't have to pay the American Breakfast. But the morning waiting for breakfast there was a discussion with the cook and servant, the cook was angry and didn't want to give it to us because we didn't have to pay extra. he complained aloud. I was very ashamed. The servant came to tell us that we could have part of the breakfast, but the cook had forgotten to order mangoes. So no fruits. no customer could get fruit with it. but great was my surprise to see the other customers getting a full American Breakfast. I didn't want to have breakfast anymore, a Filipino breakfast was enough. The cook and the helper became angry and told us to eat what they had prepared. Of course we didn't eat it. We then went to have breakfast in another place. Outrageous, definitely not...
