Pancake House - Dumaguete — Restaurant in Dumaguete

I have no idea how this one got 4.5 stars lol. Seems people in Dumaguete have really standards when it comes to food. It's some of the worst low quality junk food I have ever eaten here. It's also way overpriced for what you get. Had the Grilled Cheese sandwich + Tomato soup for a whopping 317php.at this price point I do expect the restaurant to use real butter and real cheese not fake American plastic cheese and cheapest margarine. It was soaked in margarine and barely toasted. The Tomato soup was actually good.

Then I had the Pan chicken burger for 311php, paperthin soggy flavorless fried chicken, no proper sauce, cheap fake cheese and margarine again.

Lastly the pancakes with Cheddar, you should write American cheese in the menu because what you use is not Cheddar. 260php for 2 pancakes which they use some premixed powder is laughable.

Food Servings were generous for the price they charged. We were quite taken by surprise by the chicken nuggets they served, there were 5-6 large sized ones, 3-4x the size you'd normally get from McDonald's. Beverages were priced like in other establishments.

Service Because of the time of day (near noon), the place was almost deserted, so service was really good. Unsure if it'll be at the same level if they would be busy.

Atmosphere Choice of indoor (AC) or outdoor seating. The place is neat! It may have just recently opened. It is also quite off the beaten path - perhaps that explains the few patrons. It's was a fun and amazing place me and my girlfriend went to we had so much fun and the food was amazing so much pancakes a still wanted to try I got the fluffy one and my girlfriend got the waffles they had a few additional stuff you can add on you food to the place was very nice and clean and we will definitely be coming back here the next time we go to Dumaguete it is such a lovely place to have breakfast with friends, family, and little dates with your partner the staff was very nice and friendly also very accommodating as well there was a lot of parking space and tables to site on fully air-conditioned room and the design of the place was just...
