I'll be fair giving reviews. Especially if the host helper is nice during our stay.
But I think they are not yet ready to accept guests.
It's new, yes. So if you ask a tricycle about it they didn't know.
LOCATIONS, omg. You'll be lucky IF it's summer season. During our check-in it rains the past few days already. It makes even worse as tricycle can't even go down to a few meters down slope trail. We ended up walking down the muddy and slippery path. I was pushing my baby's pram and almost slip down, luckily I hold onto a bamboo fence alongsude the road. It's doable if you have your own transportation. Too far to the town. Place is quite, so you can relax.
ROOMS, no doubt it's new. Windowsill, windows, underneath the bed, table top, sink, TV and etc... SO DIRTY AND DUSTY. I attached pictures after I cleaned and changed the bedsheets.
BATHROOM, dirty water, yellowish color and no toilet seat. Dirty shower head. Bidet is leaking. See pictures below.
I even asked a new set of bed sheets and cleaned the room itself before we can use the bed and rest.
If you want a hot water you have to go at 2nd floor. They have a remote control water heater. But it's very dusty and dirty.
We ended up buying big bottles of water to used for brushing teeth and boiling water for coffee.
Booking say's free coffee. But don't get your hopes. I have to ask for the kettle. No provided cups so I have to used plastic cups for making coffee.
Good side is you can cook at their place. There's a sari sari store nearby where you can buy the stuff you needed. Rather than going to the town you pay 200 pesos each way on tricycle.
The caretaker JhayAr and his wife are...

Unfriendly welcome unfortunately.
Would have been nice to inform/explain about: free hot/cold water how hot water functions breakfast and what's inside. Besides, it was included since day 1 but they forgot about us. I asked them the last day, see picture.
Good size of the room but cleaning was clearly missing : sheets smelling sweat and dirt on arrival 🤢 thanks God we had our own. No mirror inside.
Strong burning grass smell outside for mosquitoes apparently.
Too much noise outside (dogs, roosters, construction, neigbhors). Our neigbhors were particulary loud every morning although we asked them to be more mindful. Clearly no calm & intimicy really annoying!
Last day, owner asked us if we needed a taxi and negociated the price for 150 until Port Barton bus terminal which we really appreciated. Taxi took long though 30 min. Better not be in a hurry.
Overall 56,07 EUR X 3 nights too expensive...
Read moreNot the best accommodation there is but for budget-conscious like me this surely is a gem. Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights at this hotel and it’s been a comfortable stay with the help of their hospitable caretaker. The caretaker, Kuya Jay-ar has been very helpful and always made sure to provide us with everything we needed during our stay including transportation. There’s still a building that’s under construction. Once all constructions are done, this should be a competitive accommodation in El Nido. Shoutout to Sir Rocky, the owner for arranging a discounted PP to El Nido transfer and PP, El Nido and Coron tours. If you plan to stay here, contact him to get a discount...
