Our adventure in Palawan, orchestrated by All4one Travel Palawan, was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived at our hotel, which they booked for us, we were blown away by the value we received. For just P5,500 per person, we enjoyed a 3-day, 2-night stay with tours of the Palawan Underground River and El Nido, complete with breakfast, lunch, van transfers, and unparalleled experiences. And speaking of the hotel, while our expectations were modest, the reality surpassed them by miles. The room was a haven of comfort, boasting daily breakfast, unlimited coffee and tea, a hot shower, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, hangers, chairs, towels, and toiletries—all at an unbeatable price. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff's warmth and hospitality made our stay truly memorable. For anyone seeking value for money and unforgettable experiences, look no further than All4one Travel Palawan and Neela Tourist Lodge hotel!

We were welcomed with big smiles and happiness. I truly enjoyed my stay at Neela’s. They were super nice the entire time, helping us book our tours and find out way around. Felt like a home stay. The rooms are decently sized, have good air conditioning, hot water and closet space. The beds are comfy. Linen and towels could be improved. My only recommendation would be to have them clean the room everyday. They ask you upon leaving the hotel if you want your room cleaned up, but even if you say yes they sometimes forget to. I would want them to clean it everyday. It’s near a lot of beach and sunset bars. Highly recommended for single travelers looking for something that is not a hostel or couples!

located in corong corong which is a 100 peso ride away from town center which is fine but a cost to consider clean and tidy, room was fine. toilet seat cover was broken but we just put it aside, also fine. shower pressure was good, nice and warm. simple but the washroom smelled funky. staff were nice, bfast was good. had tocino one day and pancakes the next. highly recommend the tocino - pancakes were ok. across the street from indays barbecue where we had a great cheap dinner everyday (about 150 pesos with rice) AC is loud but I don’t mind it right beside a pharmacy and lots of places to buy snacks this place is a good in between of a budget hostel and a decent hotel

After my tour agent booked another hotel in the area, I did a TripAdvisor search and discovered that the hotel had very bad reviews. Lesson learned! Now what? Book another hotel BUT review it first on TripAdvisor. THANKFULLY I discovered Neela Toursit Lodge AND they had a vacancy! Reviews were very good ... so I booked a four night stay. Upon arrival as I exited the “trike”, a lady met me with a smile and a “Hello! You must be Robert!” Ok I thought... things are looking up here! I have never been met with such a genuine greeting! ||||What about the room? CLEAN, economical, spacious enough for two, comfortable bed, Hot shower(!), GREAT service! What else could a traveler ask for? (There is a lack of a place to keep your open luggage off of the floor as well as a “line hanger” in the shower stall to dry swimsuits and dive wear. I suggested this small addition to the owner.) ||||Would I return? MOST DEFINITELY! THANK YOU MAVIC B., LILIAN T., and JHONA P. for treating me like FAMILY! I MISS you guys! See...

From my experience I would not recommend this place at all. To start it seemed okay the rooms looked tidy and clean but soon realised we had a mattress covered in black mould which was no good at all. I also sent some washing in for laundry and they used bleach on a pink/purple shirt causing bad stains and they somehow managed to take the lettering of the front of the shirt. When I complained to the manager she refused to help me in anyway just said it they didn't mean, we continued to talk then all of a sudden she answered a phone call mid conversation then never looked up at me again after she put the phone down, and never said another word just started to ignore me so she didn't have to sort the issue. Ruined a £55 shirt and didn't offer to help me in anyway. Manager was very rude and actually laughed at things being said by others while I was trying to sort an issue out. If you want good service and not mouldy mattresses I...
