Kawayan Hostel — Hotel in General Luna

Edit as owner has responded: why would they name your hostel? Why would they say this hostel’s phone number was correct. Admit blame and be honest. SCAM DO NOT RENT MOTORBIKES FROM THEM. We only rented a bike so cannot say anything about their rooms. we are licensed and safe drivers. They were trying to say we scratched a “sticker decal” on their bike.we confirmed no problem was done and looked like a simple wear from the rains and sticker not being done properly. Something smaller than a millimeter. They already got an extra 500 from us as we paid for an extra day but were leaving early so just told them to take that. but they kept shouting saying their sticker is “so much” and “big boss” is upset. This is threatening behaviour and their yelling was intimidating. They also said we needed to pay a cleaning fee for the bike- which mind you the only thing dirty and was the tires from The rain. We gave them an extra 1000 just to leave us alone and with that they were fine but the whole thing was...

I recently stayed at this wonderful place and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. They prepared an amazing birthday surprise serenade at midnight, complete with beautiful room decorations and a lovely bouquet. The experience was truly special and memorable. All of these on top of the relaxing ambiance of the entire place while only a few minutes away from the main attractions complete with fireflies at night! It's the perfect vibe for me who's an extreme introvert yet also want the accessibility of the essentials that I need.

Additionally, the Kawayan Hostel offers convenient airport transfers to and from the hostel, making travel a breeze. Huge shoutout to the owner and staff, Sir Hanj and Ms CheChe, who were exceptionally responsive and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. This hostel offers a great balance of affordability, comfort, and social atmosphere. The rooms are clean, with individual lights, and ensure security. Common areas are inviting . Staffs are friendly, helpful and accomodating especially the owners. Amenities like a shared kitchen, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi add extra convenience. Vibe is very natural and refreshing. Noise will never be an issue in the hostel, especially in dorms, peaceful. Overall, it's a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a fun and welcoming stay.
