Today: Hot Hazelnut Latte is delicious, choco java chip is perfect! But the place is not that cold anymore, the air quality is not that good, I think the cashier is on trainee mode, he mistakenly not punched my additional hazelnut syrup, but it is already written on my cup. We sat down on the table, but the table has a lot of leftover tissues and paper, no one removed it and we are the one to put it in the garbage. Barista's are friendly and attentive in the bar. All in all experience is 3.5...

i travelled all the way from Manila to San Fernando City just to have coffee for a change and i was the store's very first customer for the day. kuya barista was really good looking that i had to steal glances whenever i get the chance hehe... one thing i just noticed was the store wasnt clean like the floor wasnt swept yet, there were coffee beans and other particles scattered which were very visible to a naked eye. same thing with their restroom, it smelled quite awful and the sink was dirty too....

1st time, I ordered a CLASSIC hot chocolate and they gave me a SIGNATURE one, when we went back to the cashier to complain, they said that it's Classic but it's priced at 175 (tall) when classic is only 145 pesos (tall)

Now (2nd time) that I ordered a Classic HC priced at 145, I asked for my barcode to be scanned to earn points, then the cashier rudely told me that I should've told her earlier that I have a digital card, shouldn't they be asking you this when you...
