We ate here today and we are so disappointed with the service and the food. When we start ordering our food and for the appetiser ( fried lumpia and grilled scallop) both are not available which is quite annoying that youāve spent the time to go through the menu and we were looking forward to eat those appetisers then finding out those appetisers are not available. I wish when they great you and introduce themselve, the waiter should have mention that there is some food that is not available in their menu so atleast the customers are aware. Because thereās 2 appetisers not available we ordered extra sizzling sisig with the mains & halo halo. Asked the waiter to deliver the food at the same time and so as the halo halo. Also, ordering the ice tea pitcher, the waiter should have recommended that the pitcher is good for atleast 4 people and we were 5 people but didnāt say anything. I was assuming that the normal pitcher will provide for 5 people. Just simple things like that will make life easier for the customers when deciding to order because they know their servings they can recommend what would be best suit for the customers. 10 minutes later, the ice tea arrived and they only provide 4 glasses and again we are 5 people in the table. Common sense, why would you bring 4 when we are 5 in the table. My husband got up in the cashier and asked for another glass. After pouring in the ice tea in the glasses, we decided to order another pitcher and this time they given us 2 extra glasses when we didnāt need it anymore. 20-25 minutes later, the food arrived without the halo halo and the sisig. We asked for the halo halo and it arrived 10 minutes later but the sisig never arrive. All I can say and exactly what I filled in their feedback form is that the waiter should have listen to the orders properly and repeat the orders if they are correct. Attention to detail is a key. Secondly, they should not advertise the food that is not available or mention to the customers before they start oooking at the menu. Overall, I think they should retrain their waiters so they could give a proper customer service. A good customer service is a key to get your customers back to your restaurant or to any businesses. The serving took almost 40 minutes, there is not so many people at the moment. The chicken skin is not new fry or crispy which we expected because chicken skin is always crispy. The service of the staff is really poor, you need to call them again and again to give you tissue and ask for a soup bowl, they said they will give us but it took 10 minutes and they totally forgot about it, so i need to go to there area and to my surprise they are just talking there, they only remember my request when they saw me. the pitcher doesnāt have any water and they never initiate to ask us if we want to refill it., The staff also said no soft drinks availble but the new customers come and order soft drink, and they gladly provide. I ask the staff two times if itās really no available drinks and dessert and the answer is No. ā¹ļø We afford to pay to and their is a flies in the area. We have been eyeing to eat there for a while now and finally when we had the opportunity we realized we thought wrong ... we looked at the price first and when we saw it was more like Green Kitchen and Barneys, we imagined the serving like so... we ordered our favorite lechon kawali and green salad with mango dressing... when the order came muntik na akong nalaglag sa upuan ko sa liit sunog pa! {inapapalit ko sana ng 1/2 chicken roast hindi na daw puede kasi na punch na :( for the price we thought my husband and I can share.. nag share naman ng tig 2 kagat :( and the salad is soooo bland I had to fix vinegar and salt dressing para magkalasa man lang. we totally felt robbed! I left a feedback form though but not sure kung binabasa nga... heto po yung serving na talagang nakakaawa... for the price...
