Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Inappropriate Behavior by Hotel Staff

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Joy and I am writing to you today with great concern and distress following an incident that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel, OYO 856 Stay Inns SLEX.

I made a reservation at your hotel two weeks in advance, expecting a comfortable and pleasant environment for my short trip. However, my experience upon check-in this afternoon has left me shaken and traumatized.

Upon arrival at the hotel around 2 pm, I was escorted to my room by one of your male staff members. Once inside the room, he exhibited highly inappropriate behavior that made me incredibly uncomfortable and fearful. Despite feeling uneasy, I initially tried to ignore his actions, but he proceeded to invade my personal space by touching me without my consent.

I felt paralyzed with shock and distress as he continued to touch me from behind, starting from my hair down to my shoulders and hips. I was unable to move or speak up due to the overwhelming fear and disbelief of what was happening. His unwelcome advances persisted even as I attempted to assert my boundaries by asking him to leave the room.

The entire ordeal lasted for several minutes before he finally exited the room. I was left in a state of panic and helplessness, unsure of what to do next. The lack of security personnel on site only added to my feelings of vulnerability and fear for my safety.

Unable to remain in such a distressing environment, I sought refuge with a trusted friend who arranged for alternative accommodations at another hotel. Subsequently, I reported the incident to the nearest police station to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to address this egregious violation.

I implore you to thoroughly investigate this matter and take immediate action against the staff member involved. It is imperative that you prioritize the safety and well-being of your guests by conducting a comprehensive evaluation of your employees and implementing stringent measures to prevent such incidents from recurring.

The trauma and distress caused by this experience are deeply unsettling, and I urge you to prioritize the protection of your guests and uphold the integrity of your establishment. I sincerely hope that no other guest will have to endure such a horrifying ordeal at your hotel in the future.

Booked this hotel based on Expedia showing it on the map clearly in BGC, however, I was surprised when i booked the grap/uber to the hotel that is was located 45 mins away from the map location - both the hotel and expedia would not refund the money, even though i rang them and contacted them several times and they said they would look into it - Expedia are a bunch of thieves, advertising incorrect information, taking customers money and not delivering on what they advertise - criminals expedia! Also the service from Oyo is terrible, their customer service is terrible, they are useless also, i booked another hotel and had nothing but problems for example (customer service, 1,500 peso deposit at check in which was impossible with the ATM down in the country, never did expedia mention i needed to find 1,500 peso to check into the hotel, i walked for an hour in a suit and luggage to find every ATM down, it was impossible - the crappy hotel refused to allow me to check in!!!! as they dont take credit cards and require cash as a deposit for safety, the deposit is 1,500 peso - 30 USD!!! Oyo and Expedia useless companies, dont book at this hotel, i promise you it will be...
